I mean, the 5th Amendment gives the privacy of personal information through self-incrimination, however, the 9th Amendment says that the enumeration of certain rights as found in the Bill of Rights cannot deny other rights of the people. Although the 4th Amendment is generally about the protection of unlawful search and seizure it has been interpreted by the courts to o include the right to privacy. I mean, the 5th Amendment gives the privacy of personal information through self-incrimination, however, the 9th Amendment says that the enumeration of certain rights as found in the Bill of Rights cannot deny other rights of the people. While this is a vague statement, court precedent has said that the 9th amendment is a way to justify looking at the Bill of Rights as a way to protect the right of privacy in a specific way not given in the first 8 amendments.

Elon needs access so he can audit where all the taxpayer money went. We are now 39 trillion in the hole and we need to cut spending to avoid hyperinflation. The way to cut spending is to audit what spending we need and what can be cut. We are ruining the life of low and middle income Americans through massive inflation from government overspending. Finally someone has the sense to turn our country around before we hit financial ruin like Venezuela.
