    I have never been a baseball fan. WAY more standing around than even American Football which I played and love. So please tell me is Derek Jeter the kind of guy you could just enjoy hanging out and spending time with? Seems like a smart, well put together person.

      Can't believe he said Jeter played in Nolan Ryan era. He never faced him. Ryan retired after 1993. Jeter was drafted in 1992 by Yankees. Jeter came up in 1995 by Yankees. He was in minors when Ryan retired.
      Jeter played in mid to late 90s in steroid era. Nolan Ryan era was 70s & 80s. Colin is stupid.

    this is the first Jeter interview that was done by a jellyfish. Boone's tactical approach to managing is so lacking, Dave Roberts wants to bust his balls. The injuries to the pitchers are because the reward system is chasing velo and spin rate. throwing as hard as you can every pitch is a recipe for disaster - Jeter obviously hasn't thought the injury aspect through at all.
