Great video, really helped. But I just have to mention that there's only a few maps where you can or should save your nades until the T's execute and de_inferno is a great example however there are some places on different maps where you might aswell use your nades in the beginning of the round. One exampel is B on de_dust2, to execute B there's only 1 main entrance and as a CT it's very hard to time an execute correctly since there isn't any smokes or molotov that can be thrown as a warning before the T's execute. And if you hear a flash or 2 before they run in your smoke isn't gonna interupt they're rush because it's gonna land too late. Kinda the same with your molotov unless you're molotiving platform or any area where they would run before executing the site I guess. My point is, saving your nades on maps where you usually get a warning that they're about to execute makes more sence that saving your nades on small main entrances like B on de_dust2 for exampel.
+The Wasabii there is like one every map. They give you pictures with directions on the actual map. And dots in the sky, which you can turn on and off to help you learn the smokes. And they have like 90% of all the possible and conventional smokes.
Should I throw everything I got for a site retake? On d2 B site I saw some top teams having a few flashes but tossing only one at B doors to trigger the retake.
Hey Steel, how does one reach pro level? I have been playing cs since February of this year(not experienced), I made it to Global Elite in June and now I am a 12 RWS player on ESEA. Now whenever people talk about improving I hear about a skill ceiling, they say the best player in the world have a high skill ceiling. Now, I train myself everyday and try to get better everyday. I am currently part of a team and I am trying my hardest to make it in the scene. Do you have any advanced tips or tricks on how to become like a 15+ RWS player and make it in a semi-pro scene? P.S. I know the more I play the better I will get so if I play for another year or too that might take me to where I want to be.
hahaha, remeber the stream earlier where you where pissed at reddit ppl, i guess this is how it ended up (you still seem pissed btw). good info as usual though, keep it up.
Thx steel, this helped me. I will show this to the rest of the CLG players.

this guy knows how to "throw" grenades among other things.
You're the man,man.
you should upload the first match with subs from last night. I was crying i was laughing so hard. Honestly the best game of CS I've ever watched
lmao your intro always makes me laugh
i saw you laughing on the inside, while being warlowl at the same time. :)
What a good teacher
i love steel. i wish he was still allowed to compete
People should start making grenade practice maps 8/10 players at dmg level have no idea how to throw a grenade where they want it.
+The Wasabii there are grenade practice maps lol
The 主 Divine had no idea
+The Wasabii there is like one every map. They give you pictures with directions on the actual map. And dots in the sky, which you can turn on and off to help you learn the smokes. And they have like 90% of all the possible and conventional smokes.
Kek
+The Wasabii 5/10 Supreme/GE can't pop flash, save smokes or counter-flash. Don't know default smokes at T side or even bait nades.

+the modfather Shroud's flick shot was not a normal shot...
+ToonaSalad Holy shit, are you insane?
Should I throw everything I got for a site retake? On d2 B site I saw some top teams having a few flashes but tossing only one at B doors to trigger the retake.
and then there's stewie who just doesn't care about smokes
0:29 nice throw. hehe
ok so should I buy 2 flash a smoke and a he or a incendiary or molly? Or another mix of these?
OdysseyZZGaming I personally do a smoke, 2 flashes and a molly. Be honest, do we really ever use HE grenades in the most tactical positions?

+ZIPPPEDFREAK He did this immediately after losing after losing a sub game with 60+ kills in double overtime.

How is this hacker flying around the map
viewmodel settings?
fucking love your intro

Viewmodel doesn't matter at all.. Just focus on your crosshair you should never focus on your gun.

stop wasting nades silvers!
+Douglas Gardner Not just silvers. High level players do this too.
+Douglas Gardner Silvers don't buy nades
TheBhuvan002 your right. Stop wasting nades Novas
strive - high level players dont waste them as much. I just cant understand why silvers use flashes like they do.
Because they're new to the game. They haven't learned how to use anything yet.
