When will cgboost release an animation focussed course?
Hi, thanks for the question. This will happen when we will find a good animation instructor willing to work with us :)

What happeneda if you have a low end laptop can you join also?
The scene becomes quite heavy towards the end of the course, so rendering could become a problem. In any way, you can get the course and if you realize it didn't work for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days. Just contact us here then: www.cgboost.com/contact
Lex go, first comment!
this is just an ad channel for online courses by this point
This is the problem with Blender, its renders look like a 2010 Deus Ex game, not photorealistic. Compare this with what can be achieved in other DCCs by using Octane or Redshift.
To be fair, art direction is the actual key. Blender can be pushed further than it has here, but they had particular goals for a course-- both for modeling and rendering.
I’m a 3ds max guy but have seen some awesome renders , i think for this case the whole « cinematic » look wasn’t the goal of the course but mostly about modeling the whole city… it depends on the goal of the render, for instance , I think the artists at cgboost can reach the photorealistic renders but are just not aiming towards it within their courses.. just an opinion, they also have to make courses accessible for all hardware , don’t think getting vray, redshift or octane photorealism in an animation is affordable for the whole blender community on a hardware level
Does it say "photo realism" tutorial anywhere in the title or in the trailer itself? No. This is a course for people that want to learn about Urban design. To achieve photo realism requires advanced skills from the designer, HD assets at your disposal and a lot of time. Of course I am simplifying it. But, if people have a ton of time and money to spend, I bet they use other software to enhance their workflow besides just Blender. Photorealism can be achieved in Blender. And anyone will admit, Blender is doing pretty good for being Free.
There are other courses on the same topic with photorealist results. You just need to open your eyes. @@astreb06
@@astreb06Blender is doing pretty well for being free, but there is a reason why in Advertising, Gaming, Motion Graphics and Archviz there are other, more professional DCCs and render engines used. Show me one professional commercial done in Blender and rendered in Cycles. Blender fanboys should admit that Cycles is a pretty mediocre render engine with a limited set of tools. Use professional render engines and you will instantly see the difference.
