Also this video have 3.5 years, also i didnt play in this game ~2 years, i sometimes back for month or two but thats isnt same like before. From thats whats i know, devs changes many quests and also ''books''. My guides is from beggining when books out. Devs changed one or two missions after 1 or 2 years, and can changed more in one or all or many books parts.

@12:57 otter isnt telling me anything, so i went to location anyways and it didnt complete
You must talk to Captain Moguly of Splashing Point to accept his quest and then it lets you talk to the otters
