Yes... I was tried Terra d'Hermes years ago when first released and was not a fan. Last year I was in the Hermes flagship store and the manager insisted I try it again. I had just purchased some ties and shoes so she gave me a 50ml bottle gratis with the condition I wear it for the next few days. I did exactly that and the reaction was amazing. I had French and American women of all ages either stop me or after standing next to me ask what fragrance I was wearing. Most of the compliments started out in French, especially from American women. Although I'm speak French fluently I let the exchange switch to English. My traveling companion began answering some of the queries with "I love it on him too.." I must add when traveling, especially in the EU I dress semi formal/ business casual. BTW.... Men if you travel to France, especially Paris, try dressing semi formal (e.g. sports coat, dress shirt w/o tie, dress khaki pants and loafers.) No baseball hats, flipflops athletic wear etc.) The French LOVE when foreigners dress semi formal/business casual and wear their domestic designers.
Out of all 3, terre d'hermes is my favorite one, I used to like 1 million too but it was so overused back then and now it seems outdated, but the only one which got me the most compliments from women was bleu de chanel, which is kind of weird since it smells so generic to me, like, just fresh out of the shower vibe. Nothing special.
I once sprayed Terre D’Hermes at the duty free in Johannesburg and could still smell it in London 14 hours later even after transferring through Dubai. Hated it at first but loved it by the time I landed. Like that ugly BF or GF you just can’t help but love in the end.
As i always say One Million is still a banger… i get always compliments wearing it. BdC is a good solid and all year round Scent. And TdH is only liked by many 😂

Terre dhermes is easily the most special scent. Not for everyone I agree, although i do think people will love it after the heavy vetiver you smell in the beginning dies down a bit. Personally its my favorite and apparently im lucky to have a girlfriend who loves it on me as well😂
