Hi. I would like to ask about the crankshaft drive pulley. I tore off the veneer and grooves on it. I would like to ask you how to change it. As I understand it, there is nothing complicated about this, very little is written about this car in our country. Do I need to put the box in 4th gear and just unscrew the bolt? Do I need a torque wrench? Thanks you!

Take it off with an impact gun and you won't have to put it gear.

Hi Sir. By how much did you set the inlet & exhaust valve clearance?

Valve lash for both intake and exhaust are set at 0.2mm when the engine is hot

I'm not sure if anyone here will be able to answer my question here but I'll try anyway. My corolla e90 stalls when idling i have since increased the idle speed so it stopped stalling but the idle RPM is now quite high and it starts to slowly overheat if I am not in motion. IS there any common problem that causes this? Should i buy a new carburetor?

Sounds like an issue with the slow circuit, could be a clogged slow jet or needing adjustment
