Thanks yours was the only one that was explained in a way that I could get it, and now I use it to farm money at the Tower because they have two stores and each has a different special for the day so you just have to sell all but one then go to the other store and copy the ones I just sold and sell that stores special and rinse and repeat so no having to sleep change the special.

+Tony Sobey Thank you for letting me know. However, I wouldn't recommend duplicating jewel boxes. Duplicate Bolter Tissue when it's not a requested item. Jewel boxes will sell for the same amont you buy them back for (giving you a zero return). Bolter Tissue, on the other hand, will be bought back for only $241 when not requested and sell for $2401 when it IS requested. You get almost ten times the amount back on the investment. :D
I have a lot of problems to do it.. the square button chatboxe stay appear and i couldn't do the glitch... i'm repeating this one million time but it's still work 1/200000 try's.. Help me please..
Altadrak Well, It's definitely all about timing. That one time it works, try to time out how you did it that time. It typically takes me 3-5 tries, on average. I duped so many gold weapons, that when I open my player's stash, it loads for around 20 - 30 secs I have at least 10 different types of gold weapon. Earlier this week and today, I completed bozak Horde thrice, I got the bow, the electric arrow and the fire arrow blueprints, got around 10 - 16 dockets in total, opened all of them and every single one of them are gold weapons, is this supposed to happen? Cause when I watch John the Chief he only got 1 out of 100
+John Doe You don't need to keep that many. You can always keep one spare and duplicate the spare one to use that duplication. LOL But whatever works for you, I suppose. :) I'm glad you found the method useful. :D I don't think that's normal for Bozak Horde dockets, but maybe they updated things since I played last. +John Doe You can Chapter/Quest select in advanced options (to "The Museum") while looking at your saved game files from the Dying Light main menu. Be aware that doing so will reset your side quests, but you can always select the last mission of the game again (Extraction or whatever) later. You'll just have to go through the final story mission again to get back to 100% story completion. If you want to see a good example of me showing how to do that, then check out this video of mine ruclips.net/video/PrLBlLJ44aM/видео.html and go to 5:29 in that video. Maybe even watch the video on a device that can see annotations (like a computer), so you can get the full understanding of how to kick Bozak Horde in the teeth, if you need to. +Sean Reinshuttle No, you're not the only one. This method is all about timing. It depends on the timing of when you press the buttons. Try hitting the Touch Pad button slightly before or after you have been. If that doesn't work, then also try adjusting the angle of your thumb so that you hit X and Square at slightly different times too (X before Square, or vise versa). You'll get it eventually. It takes me an average of 3-5 tries to get it to work (last time was at least 7). I hope that helps. :)

Since this method requires money (and your friend doesn't likely have much of it), then there are a few other methods that may work better (one especially if you have stuff in the game with your own save file). Works for XB1... A & X then SELECT button instead of touch pad.... Do you have a dup glitch for relief packs, the one where you have to go offline won't work at all for me, by the time i get back to DL the "sell all" prompt is already gone??!.

That's why I pinned the comment I did and made a video explaining the Xbox variant method. There is one other method that works for Disaster Relief Packs (using your stash, as you can't sell those). However, you may want to try hooking your system to the internet via a hot spot or mobile data. I've been told that can lengthen the time it takes for the "Connection Lost" window to appear. (I had similar issues getting the method to work for me) The one other alternate that I'm aware of utilizes your system being connected via an Ethernet cable. You can either hook your system directly to your modem/router or use an internet capable device that can share its wi-fi via Ethernet (like a laptop). Oh, and Bolter Liver can take 64,000+ to get to 250 Legend where Disaster Relief can only take 4000-5000.

FlintTown 810 It's all good. I could tell your heart was in the right place (and I did not know of the Xbox variant of the method, so you're right about me misspeaking, in a way). Sure, there are 2 that I know of. I'd suggest one of the the other because the first one is more difficult on Xbox (due to there being more time before the "Connection Lost" window opens and more variance on WHEN it opens, too. So I'd suggest the non-Ethernet method for Xbox, but both work for duplicating Disaster Relief Packages. +PreserveBigCats Whatever number you start with is the number you end up making of the item you "Sell All" of. So if you have 1 nail and 999999 metal parts, then the one nail becomes 999999. You probably shouldn't buy all those back at once, but you could in increments of 3,000 or so, if you wanted. If you're looking for ways to get 999999 of crafting parts (or things that don't normally stack that high), then there are other ways that won't cause your game to crash. Yea I'm not a that greedy when it comes to this type of glitch, I don't need cash I just needed the mods. As an example, I'm a level 12 Legendary, I have $678,000+, 79 Clicker mods, 2 King mods and only 3 Gold weapons, 2 of which are Two-handed and I don't use. So I'm pretty easy to please. I would like a few Dockets tho... I've only had 3 since I bought the game last year, or 2 years ago. I got the Remastered version with The Following 1 year after the game came out originally. I'm actually back at it now
I have 7 Clicker mods left, i need more. If and when I get this to work, am I supposed to sell said Clickers in order to buy them back or the valuables? I'm kinda not getting the point of the glitch, cuz I'm a total noob at glitches

You were right initially with selling all the clickers (or just selling the one clicker in your inventory to make more of them... like drop all but one of them or put all but one of them in your stash before you sell "ALL" of the one to make the one into many).
+PreserveBigCats Keep in mind that those 78 can easily become 155 of them using that drop all but one or stash all but one method. Also, you can get Clickers (and throwing weapons and medkits and lockpicks, etc.) to stack as high as 999999 using other duplication methods (namely the Ethernet method and non-Ethernet method). im literally doing this right now and done it many times now but it keeps showing me the sell all valuables option and i do have alot of valuables in stock too so is it patched now or am i doing it wrong?
+Andres Rodriguez I just did this earlier today to test it for another viewer. I even checked for updates to ensure my game was completely patched up. It may just be a split second timing difference between the X and Square buttons or something. It takes me a couple tries to get it to work. Once you have the "Sell: (item)" window up and are able to move around behind it, then it's working. Maybe try hitting the options button instead of pushing down on the touch pad button? Or make sure that when you push down on the Touch Pad that it's actually clicking (like pushing down on it to open your backpack when you aren't in the store)? Other than that, I can't think of anything else that might help you. I hope something in this helps you. If not, you may want to check some of the other duplication methods (linked in the description under Duplication Glitches). Depending on what you're trying to duplicate, there may be an even easier way to do so that is free (like using friends and the save game exploit to exponentially duplicate items and weapons, for instance).
After I tried it my sell all option vanishef, no idea why, but now it only says "sell" on the bottom of the screen :s I tried restarting and everything

It may have been patched. I haven't tried, recently. You may have to use the drop out or Ethernet Cord method, if that one still works, but... that one requires really precise timing. You could just save scuff with with friends (that one is free and works with almost everything, last time I checked). I have a video on that, too. Look for the Dying Light Duplication playlist and it's in there (along with a few other methods that may or may not work). The "Exponential Duplication" and "Weapon and Item Duplication" videos are the ones that show the "Dup with friends" exploit. P.S. Unless they patched back in being able to pick up friend's Disaster Relief, this method doesn't work for duplicating that. It will work for that stuff you can turn in at the bucket in "The Following" DLC, though... so there's that (unless they patched that out, too).

As of 20 Mar 2017 it still works. Only problem I have is it rings out a bunch of 99's for example explosives and the rest must be sold as all slots are full. Same for weapons. Requires nimble fingers and fast speed for me. 1 Question I have - Is when you jump into the following how must goes with you on the ps4 or must you start from zero.

If you have any issues getting them to work, I often have advice that will help. I'm not sure I understand your question, so I'll answer as best I can. You can drop in and out of The Following games (co-op partners and friends) at will. You can also move from the Following into the Main Campaign and back. You just have to transfer your character into the Following the first time you do. Then everything transfers back and forth (it has the save slot in the same spot in both the Main Campaign and the Following). +John Dal If you mean when will bolter tissue show as a requested item at the store, that's mainly random. I've heard that if you join a random person (or friend, maybe) in an online session, then bolter tissue will be the requested item, but I haven't tested that. Otherwise, it's just sleep twice and check the store until it's the requested item. If you're wondering where you get bolter tissue (as opposed to bolter liver), you get it by killing a Bolter in the game and searching it. You have to get far enough in the main story of the main campaign to have bolters show up, though. I hope that helps. :)

+Itz me JoKeR When you begin the process (the item you're hitting X and Square on) that needs to be stacked, yes, and that item should most definitely be the item that has the largest number in it's stack. The OTHER item you're duplicating into the same number as the one you being the process with... no. That one can only be 1 item or multiple items stacked. You also have to have at least more than one valuable in your inventory. But you can have one jewel box and one bag of coffee and it will still work, but a stack of one single kind of valuable will work, too. It rarely happening, is normal. It often takes me 3-5 tries to get it to work for me. It's an exploit that lets you duplicate things. It's something the game developers missed... so it will be a little round-about. Either keep at it, as you'll get it eventually, or you could try some of the other methods. I've heard that joining some random person's game online may make the requested item be Bolter Tissue, but I don't know if that works all the time. It's all up to the Random Number Generator. One is guaranteed to work and the other two are difficult to get the timing right for (and work for XP items like Disaster relief). You can even use the "requested item" from one store to duplicate in another store and sell at the store that is requesting it for more money (do so in the tower where there are 2 stores very close to each other), too. If you want other ways (as that one can be annoying if the RNG is against you, i.e. you cant get one of the stores at the tower to have Bolter Tissue as a requested item), then there's always the other three methods of duplication that still work, and they don't require money. Hi Random :) Do you have a glitch that could help me duplicate stacks of 99 Disaster Relief On-Site Packages ? I'm already using one where I put 99 in the storage , join a friend , aim on the bag , leave the session and spam square to open the storage etc.. but I can only do it one stack at a time (or the game crashes) , then repeat :/ so ya got somethin' for me ? :)

You can even get a stack of 999999 disaster relief with them if you wanted. Also, be sure to hand it in at night and in Nightmare difficulty. Maybe even hand in all 60,000+ at once (as I believe I've experienced diminishing returns with XP in The Following). It may freeze your game for a little bit, but it likely won't crash it... save just before doing it, just in case, though. :)
Jolt Cola Hmmm... that's odd. Had you already been handing in bolter liver there (that diminishing returns bit)? Maybe try starting over again in the DLC? I'm not sure. I've had most people only need 64,000 or so in Nightmare difficulty and at night... only some have said they needed a ton more. Maybe consider using one of the other 2 methods that let you duplicate Disaster Relief. You can hand in 4-5 thousand of them in at night, in Nightmare difficulty, and in the Main Campaign (that last bit is VERY important) to get from 1 to 250. The Bolter Liver is just an alternative for those who don't want to use the Ethernet Cord method (which can be used off of shared laptop wi-fi via Ethernet cord) or the non-Ethernet cord method (which can be easier on PS4 while its connected to the internet via a hot spot or mobile data, I've been told).

jxk13 I gave you the link to my playlist that has at least 2 methods per console that allows you to duplicate Bolter Liver or Disaster Relief. If and when you hand in either of those, do it in Nightmare difficulty and at night (also you get a 10% bonus to XP for each co-op partner you have with you). You'll only need around 4000-5000 disaster relief to go from 1 to 250 Legend. I think 64,000 Bolter Liver can do it (though you may need to hand it in incrementally... not all at once). Those are the fastest ways I know of, but there are other methods (like farming Volatiles in Nightmare or exploiting chases in a specific spot in The Following, etc.).

Can anyone help or at least relate? I do everything correctly but the sell tab disappears in front of the sell all. I can move the list with the sell Ll tab I front so I think I'm doing something right. I just can't manage to to keep the regular sell tab up.

Alright made it to 250 the long way. Question if you have the opportunity. I Played museum level. The moment Craine went into his zombie convulsion - the blurred state remained ( I was pissed) I fought rais men blurred almost blind. Went into the dream state completely blind. Fought Tahir blind still convulsing - Made it out of the museum. "Game says get back no fighting stamina" I am still suffering the effects and have zero stamina. Made it to a safe house slept and still convulsing, Can you tell me what the hell is wrong? The First time I played through this game none of this occurred but for the brief convulsion then everything cleared up. Not this time all the colors are screwed like being drunk and my stamina line is Zero.

Kill Indeed. And, technically, there have been any patches for months and months. The 1.12 patch was the last and likely final patch for Dying Light. I think this got more patches than the typical game of it's genre because it did so well, and they released The Following and such.
Yes and its not that worth it either since patching cost uselly money and since techland dont do so much micromanagment as alot of other games its then not that much worth it i havent played dying light in ages stopped played it when the Storage takes forever to drop things and get things out of it
Kill I agree. You should hear me ranting about patch 1.09 when they took away our ability to share Disaster Relief and Bolter liver with each other. All that money just to make the Dying Light community less fun for those who like to help or like being helped. Ah, I just didn't keep tons of stuff in my storage. I just got the weapons and items I wanted and duplicated enough of them so I wouldn't run out. My stash doesn't take long to get into, but I'm sure it's awful for those who are weapon collectors and such.

I also found one we're u join someone's game and goto the storage bag and leave and spam x and when u load in u have the storage thing still open and then be quick and goto the item u want to dupe and drop it and it should say it's still there so keep drooping the item u want to dupe and if it don't let u drop it go to a item right down from it and then go back to the item u are duping and boom

+Box By hitting the square and X button at the same time and then immediately pushing down on the touch pad. This causes the "sell all valuables" window to close and allow the "sell item" window to stay up. It's a timing thing. This does work on XBone too, but you press the A and X buttons at the same time and hit the Select button right after that. When you have the "Sell Item" window up and can move the orange highlight behind it, then you know you've done it right and you can "Sell All" of another item to duplicate it. As an alternative, I have a playlist that shows other techniques for duplicating items (some of which don't require the expenditure of money). +MultiRv90 Depends on the thing you're duplicating, but I made a video for how to use this very method to gain money fast, too. Just use Bolter Tissue when it's not a requested item and duplicate it. Then sell it when it's a requested item... you gain about 10x the amount you invested. :) Just be sure to save your game state often in case of game freeze (for more than a few minutes) or crashes. Instead of showing the "Sell quantity menu", it shows the "sell all" menu instead. No matter how I press the x, square, and touchpad at the same time. It doesn't work. Am I missing something?
***** Possibly. You're supposed to hit X and Square at roughly the same time, then hit the Touch Pad slightly after that. I just did this today, so I know it still works, but it took me about 7 attempts, this time, to get it to work. Here's some advice: 1) try adjusting the angle at which you hit the X and Square buttons with your thumb (so you hit X a little before Square or vise versa) 2) try hitting the Touch Pad button at slightly different intervals (slightly before or slightly after you've been doing it). Once you have the "Sell: (item)" window open and you can move around behind it, using the left analogue stick or D-pad, then you know you've done it right. Lastly, if this one is giving you too much trouble, then maybe try one of the multiple other duplication methods I've made videos for. I personally like the Ethernet cord method because you can duplicate disaster relief using it, and it just requires good timing (and no money). However, some don't have an Ethernet cord to connect to their PS4. I'd suggest using the two stores in the Tower in the Slums (one up in the elevator) to double your chances of getting it as a requested item, but there is no other way to game the RNG (Random Number Generator) for having Bolter Tissue as a requested item. You could always go for the free duplication methods in order to duplicate things to gain money. Again, the Exponential duplication method always works and doesn't require money. That's a surefire way to gain even other things to sell for money (not quite as fast as the Bolter Tissue but Kings and Clickers sell for a decent amount... not to mention other things).

If this doesnt work for you .. there is another way, delete the game off your playstation, then disconnect the internet from the ps menu, then put the disc back in! Install the game all over again. And there u go! Duplicate as much as u want and need! Then update the game again.

GameHomie Ah, that's one that I cover in a subsequent video. You basically drop all but 1 of your metal parts and use something else to duplicate it into 80. Now you have 159 metal parts. Drop all but 1 of your metal parts and duplicate the 1 into 80 again. Now you have 238 metal parts. Now pick up all the metal parts and use it to duplicate another item... lather, rinse, repeat and switch between items from time to time. It'll take a while, but you'll eventually have 999999 of an item. You could also try other methods of duplication. Some are free and one only requires a co-op friend, a way to back-up your save game file, and patience. Just don't use something with too many of it to duplicate weapons (I'd say 40 is too many as you can't carry that many weapons at once).

Yeah, the first 50 times I tried it the option to choose how many to sell disappears if it shows up after "sell all?". That got thinking it was patched.

I'm also as up to date as one can be (Dying Light 1.12 and PS4 system update 4.07 or whatever). What part didn't seem to work for you? It may just be a timing thing, if you can't get the "Sell: (Item)" window to be up and be able to move around behind it, just keep trying. It takes an average of 3-4 times for me to get it just right, and I know the timing. :) Oh, and this does work on Xbox (just with different buttons).

When that "Sell: (item)" window is up and you can move around behind it, then you know you've done it. Try moving with the left analogue stick every time you get the "Sell: (item)" window to stay up. +PreserveBigCats That's too bad. Yeah, I guess a game that's been out for over 2 years will have most of the special extras expire by then. Oh, it wasn't that much trouble. It took me about 3 minutes to find those to copy and paste them. You could always farm Bozak Dockets from the Bozak Horde. Or if you're looking for gold weapons go into Nightmare difficulty and just keep doing Police Van runs or killing Demolishers. You also start getting gold tier weapons once you reach "Underdog" rank in Be the Zombie mode (when you win), and when you get high enough in rank in that, you even get gold weapons when you lose.
I've never played Be the Zombie... nor have I tried Bozak yet. I barely go out at night, I'm a total pussycat when it comes to scary games. I'm playing 7 days to die and getting pretty good at it but those Zombie's are easy compared to Volatiles and Demolishers. I'm on PS4, hit me up if you want PlanetPC417
+PreserveBigCats Yep, it can take some time to get used to the nighttime in Dying Light. Once you get high enough in level, zombies (even volatiles) become much less scary. With a good enough melee weapon, you can one-shot a volatile in the head. I didn't play and don't play Be the Zombie mode much. It may help you get over your fear of the night if you play as the night hunter. ;) Likely not, though. LOL If and when you try Bozak Horde, it's definitely annoying and can be very luck-based. If you want to try and get past it, maybe look into my "Bring anything into Bozak Horde" video in my tips and tricks playlist. It removes all of your gear and items (puts them all in your stash), so bringing things in there will greatly help you succeed (primarily in the form of awesome weapons, medkits, Night Hunter booster potions, your grappling hook, etc.).

Thanks yours was the only one that was explained in a way that I could get it, and now I use it to farm money at the Tower because they have two stores and each has a different special for the day so you just have to sell all but one then go to the other store and copy the ones I just sold and sell that stores special and rinse and repeat so no having to sleep change the special.

+Tony Sobey Thank you for letting me know. However, I wouldn't recommend duplicating jewel boxes. Duplicate Bolter Tissue when it's not a requested item. Jewel boxes will sell for the same amont you buy them back for (giving you a zero return). Bolter Tissue, on the other hand, will be bought back for only $241 when not requested and sell for $2401 when it IS requested. You get almost ten times the amount back on the investment. :D

I duped so many gold weapons, that when I open my player's stash, it loads for around 20 - 30 secs
I have at least 10 different types of gold weapon. Earlier this week and today, I completed bozak Horde thrice, I got the bow, the electric arrow and the fire arrow blueprints, got around 10 - 16 dockets in total, opened all of them and every single one of them are gold weapons, is this supposed to happen? Cause when I watch John the Chief he only got 1 out of 100
+John Doe You don't need to keep that many. You can always keep one spare and duplicate the spare one to use that duplication. LOL But whatever works for you, I suppose. :) I'm glad you found the method useful. :D
I don't think that's normal for Bozak Horde dockets, but maybe they updated things since I played last.
As a side note, if you're looking to get the explosive arrows, you may want to check out my "Bring everything into the Bozak Horde" video. Just checked out the video, what if I finished the game? How do I get back to Tahir's part, do I have to start a new game?
+John Doe You can Chapter/Quest select in advanced options (to "The Museum") while looking at your saved game files from the Dying Light main menu. Be aware that doing so will reset your side quests, but you can always select the last mission of the game again (Extraction or whatever) later. You'll just have to go through the final story mission again to get back to 100% story completion.

Maybe even watch the video on a device that can see annotations (like a computer), so you can get the full understanding of how to kick Bozak Horde in the teeth, if you need to. I had to push the Touch Pad Button almost immediately after hitting square and X, but I've heard some people had to wait for a while (a second or two). Maybe you're having the same issue? +Sean Reinshuttle No, you're not the only one. This method is all about timing. It depends on the timing of when you press the buttons. Try hitting the Touch Pad button slightly before or after you have been. If that doesn't work, then also try adjusting the angle of your thumb so that you hit X and Square at slightly different times too (X before Square, or vise versa). You'll get it eventually. It takes me an average of 3-5 tries to get it to work (last time was at least 7). I hope that helps. :)

Good! Just try hitting the buttons in about the same way you did before. I'm not even sure I know exactly how I hit the buttons to get it to work. Like I said earlier, it often takes me 3-5 tries to get it just right.
Ye i it freezes the screen when ur try buying back 50,000 of items, you will eventually buy it back but it takes more than 10 mins
I have a doubt , it firts appears the correct tab with the triangle available and am able to move on the background but as soon as do that the other tab pops up if i want to sell all valuables

You may find another method even better for this. Since this method requires money (and your friend doesn't likely have much of it), then there are a few other methods that may work better (one especially if you have stuff in the game with your own save file). The exponential duplication method: ruclips.net/video/qNUiInmS9gg/видео.html - works every time (but requires a co-op partner, a way to back up your save files, and patience... and only works for items you can droop for others to actually pick up, so no XP items).

I'd suggest using a couple of the duplication methods in tandem so you get the most out of it, but I'm sure you can find out what works best for you.

Works for XB1... A & X then SELECT button instead of touch pad.... Do you have a dup glitch for relief packs, the one where you have to go offline won't work at all for me, by the time i get back to DL the "sell all" prompt is already gone??!.
+FlitTown 810 Technically that's a different variant on this method (as Xbox has to use an alternate button to the Touch Pad). I also was aware of it. That's why I pinned the comment I did and made a video explaining the Xbox variant method.
There is one other method that works for Disaster Relief Packs (using your stash, as you can't sell those). However, you may want to try hooking your system to the internet via a hot spot or mobile data. I've been told that can lengthen the time it takes for the "Connection Lost" window to appear. (I had similar issues getting the method to work for me)
The one other alternate that I'm aware of utilizes your system being connected via an Ethernet cable. You can either hook your system directly to your modem/router or use an internet capable device that can share its wi-fi via Ethernet (like a laptop).

You may also want to do so with co-op partners, as you get a 10% boost to XP per person in the lobby. Oh, and Bolter Liver can take 64,000+ to get to 250 Legend where Disaster Relief can only take 4000-5000.

It's all good. I could tell your heart was in the right place (and I did not know of the Xbox variant of the method, so you're right about me misspeaking, in a way).
Sure, there are 2 that I know of. I'd suggest one of the the other because the first one is more difficult on Xbox (due to there being more time before the "Connection Lost" window opens and more variance on WHEN it opens, too. So I'd suggest the non-Ethernet method for Xbox, but both work for duplicating Disaster Relief Packages.

None of those will cause your game to crash, and they're free to do (don't require in-game money if you're in your stash)... and you can do them completely solo. +PreserveBigCats Whatever number you start with is the number you end up making of the item you "Sell All" of. So if you have 1 nail and 999999 metal parts, then the one nail becomes 999999. You probably shouldn't buy all those back at once, but you could in increments of 3,000 or so, if you wanted.

Maybe one or more of those will help you do what you're trying to do. Some work better for stacks of 999999 and others work better for duplicating weapons. Yea I'm not a that greedy when it comes to this type of glitch, I don't need cash I just needed the mods. As an example, I'm a level 12 Legendary, I have $678,000+, 79 Clicker mods, 2 King mods and only 3 Gold weapons, 2 of which are Two-handed and I don't use. So I'm pretty easy to please. I would like a few Dockets tho... I've only had 3 since I bought the game last year, or 2 years ago. I got the Remastered version with The Following 1 year after the game came out originally. I'm actually back at it now
I have 7 Clicker mods left, i need more. If and when I get this to work, am I supposed to sell said Clickers in order to buy them back or the valuables? I'm kinda not getting the point of the glitch, cuz I'm a total noob at glitches

You were right initially with selling all the clickers (or just selling the one clicker in your inventory to make more of them... like drop all but one of them or put all but one of them in your stash before you sell "ALL" of the one to make the one into many).
Yea I figured it out... I had 78 molotovs and used them to acquire 78 clickers. it actually worked on my 2nd try. so thank you

Also, you can get Clickers (and throwing weapons and medkits and lockpicks, etc.) to stack as high as 999999 using other duplication methods (namely the Ethernet method and non-Ethernet method).

im literally doing this right now and done it many times now but it keeps showing me the sell all valuables option and i do have alot of valuables in stock too so is it patched now or am i doing it wrong?
+Andres Rodriguez I just did this earlier today to test it for another viewer. I even checked for updates to ensure my game was completely patched up. It may just be a split second timing difference between the X and Square buttons or something. It takes me a couple tries to get it to work. Once you have the "Sell: (item)" window up and are able to move around behind it, then it's working.
Maybe try hitting the options button instead of pushing down on the touch pad button? Or make sure that when you push down on the Touch Pad that it's actually clicking (like pushing down on it to open your backpack when you aren't in the store)?
Other than that, I can't think of anything else that might help you. I hope something in this helps you. If not, you may want to check some of the other duplication methods (linked in the description under Duplication Glitches). Depending on what you're trying to duplicate, there may be an even easier way to do so that is free (like using friends and the save game exploit to exponentially duplicate items and weapons, for instance).
After I tried it my sell all option vanishef, no idea why, but now it only says "sell" on the bottom of the screen :s I tried restarting and everything

It may have been patched. I haven't tried, recently. You may have to use the drop out or Ethernet Cord method, if that one still works, but... that one requires really precise timing.
You could just save scuff with with friends (that one is free and works with almost everything, last time I checked). I have a video on that, too. Look for the Dying Light Duplication playlist and it's in there (along with a few other methods that may or may not work). The "Exponential Duplication" and "Weapon and Item Duplication" videos are the ones that show the "Dup with friends" exploit.
P.S. Unless they patched back in being able to pick up friend's Disaster Relief, this method doesn't work for duplicating that. It will work for that stuff you can turn in at the bucket in "The Following" DLC, though... so there's that (unless they patched that out, too).

As of 20 Mar 2017 it still works. Only problem I have is it rings out a bunch of 99's for example explosives and the rest must be sold as all slots are full. Same for weapons. Requires nimble fingers and fast speed for me. 1 Question I have - Is when you jump into the following how must goes with you on the ps4 or must you start from zero.

All the one's that don't say ***Patched*** in the title, still work (which is all but 2 of them). If you have any issues getting them to work, I often have advice that will help.
I'm not sure I understand your question, so I'll answer as best I can.
You can drop in and out of The Following games (co-op partners and friends) at will. You can also move from the Following into the Main Campaign and back. You just have to transfer your character into the Following the first time you do. Then everything transfers back and forth (it has the save slot in the same spot in both the Main Campaign and the Following).

+John Dal If you mean when will bolter tissue show as a requested item at the store, that's mainly random. I've heard that if you join a random person (or friend, maybe) in an online session, then bolter tissue will be the requested item, but I haven't tested that. Otherwise, it's just sleep twice and check the store until it's the requested item. If you're wondering where you get bolter tissue (as opposed to bolter liver), you get it by killing a Bolter in the game and searching it. You have to get far enough in the main story of the main campaign to have bolters show up, though.

I'm not sure why they would say it's all at the same time. I guess their timing must be off. I've even had a couple people say they had to press the Touch Pad button a second or more AFTER pushing the initial two together.

+Itz me JoKeR When you begin the process (the item you're hitting X and Square on) that needs to be stacked, yes, and that item should most definitely be the item that has the largest number in it's stack. The OTHER item you're duplicating into the same number as the one you being the process with... no. That one can only be 1 item or multiple items stacked. You also have to have at least more than one valuable in your inventory. But you can have one jewel box and one bag of coffee and it will still work, but a stack of one single kind of valuable will work, too.
It rarely happening, is normal. It often takes me 3-5 tries to get it to work for me. It's an exploit that lets you duplicate things. It's something the game developers missed... so it will be a little round-about. However, if you're looking for other methods, then you can always try the other ones in my playlist: ruclips.net/p/PLwF7pCYHQWPcWNMCfzS33i9CG32SLF71I Though, the only ones that will definitely work 100% of the time are the PC only ones and the Save Game exploit ones (the exponential duplication videos... 2 of them right next to each other, in the playlist).

I think I finally got it. But how can you get the special deal on Bolter tissue. I slept for 2 two in game days and still nothing..
+Smidtdog 35 Oh, it can take more than two in game days. There's a TON of stuff that can become a requested item at the store. I've heard that joining some random person's game online may make the requested item be Bolter Tissue, but I don't know if that works all the time. It's all up to the Random Number Generator.
You may want to consider duplicating things via the free methods that don't require money. One is guaranteed to work and the other two are difficult to get the timing right for (and work for XP items like Disaster relief). If you want to use this method to gain money, you can use the advice I give later in this video: ruclips.net/video/a2HOkPuaItc/видео.html (basically using Bolter Tissue, not Bolter Liver, in a specific way). You can even use the "requested item" from one store to duplicate in another store and sell at the store that is requesting it for more money (do so in the tower where there are 2 stores very close to each other), too.

Hi Random :) Do you have a glitch that could help me duplicate stacks of 99 Disaster Relief On-Site Packages ? I'm already using one where I put 99 in the storage , join a friend , aim on the bag , leave the session and spam square to open the storage etc.. but I can only do it one stack at a time (or the game crashes) , then repeat :/ so ya got somethin' for me ? :)

You can even get a stack of 999999 disaster relief with them if you wanted. I prefer the Ethernet cord method, but I know not everyone can hook their PS4 or Xbox up to the internet with an Ethernet cord. If you can't or don't want to hook your PS4 or Xbox to the internet with an Ethernet cord, there's this alternative. If you have trouble hitting the appropriate button before the "Store: (item)" window closes (typically only the PS4 has this issue), then try hooking your PS4 to the internet via a hot spot or mobile data (use your smartphone as the internet connection). I've been told that 60,000 - 64,000 is required to get from 1 to 250. So around that much. Also, be sure to hand it in at night and in Nightmare difficulty. Maybe even hand in all 60,000+ at once (as I believe I've experienced diminishing returns with XP in The Following). It may freeze your game for a little bit, but it likely won't crash it... save just before doing it, just in case, though. :)

Hmmm... that's odd. Had you already been handing in bolter liver there (that diminishing returns bit)? Maybe try starting over again in the DLC? I'm not sure. I've had most people only need 64,000 or so in Nightmare difficulty and at night... only some have said they needed a ton more. Maybe consider using one of the other 2 methods that let you duplicate Disaster Relief. You can hand in 4-5 thousand of them in at night, in Nightmare difficulty, and in the Main Campaign (that last bit is VERY important) to get from 1 to 250. The Bolter Liver is just an alternative for those who don't want to use the Ethernet Cord method (which can be used off of shared laptop wi-fi via Ethernet cord) or the non-Ethernet cord method (which can be easier on PS4 while its connected to the internet via a hot spot or mobile data, I've been told).

I gave you the link to my playlist that has at least 2 methods per console that allows you to duplicate Bolter Liver or Disaster Relief. If and when you hand in either of those, do it in Nightmare difficulty and at night (also you get a 10% bonus to XP for each co-op partner you have with you). You'll only need around 4000-5000 disaster relief to go from 1 to 250 Legend. I think 64,000 Bolter Liver can do it (though you may need to hand it in incrementally... not all at once).
Those are the fastest ways I know of, but there are other methods (like farming Volatiles in Nightmare or exploiting chases in a specific spot in The Following, etc.).

Can anyone help or at least relate? I do everything correctly but the sell tab disappears in front of the sell all. I can move the list with the sell Ll tab I front so I think I'm doing something right. I just can't manage to to keep the regular sell tab up.

Alright made it to 250 the long way. Question if you have the opportunity. I Played museum level. The moment Craine went into his zombie convulsion - the blurred state remained ( I was pissed) I fought rais men blurred almost blind. Went into the dream state completely blind. Fought Tahir blind still convulsing - Made it out of the museum. "Game says get back no fighting stamina" I am still suffering the effects and have zero stamina. Made it to a safe house slept and still convulsing, Can you tell me what the hell is wrong? The First time I played through this game none of this occurred but for the brief convulsion then everything cleared up. Not this time all the colors are screwed like being drunk and my stamina line is Zero.

Sounds like your game glitched. It's not supposed to last that long. D: Maybe try turning off your game and coming back in? If that doesn't work, maybe restart from selected story quest in Advanced options on the main menu?
Either way, what's happening to your game shouldn't happen (on any game difficulty). Were you trying to do the "Bring anything into the Bozak Horde" glitch?

Indeed. And, technically, there have been any patches for months and months. The 1.12 patch was the last and likely final patch for Dying Light. I think this got more patches than the typical game of it's genre because it did so well, and they released The Following and such.

I agree. You should hear me ranting about patch 1.09 when they took away our ability to share Disaster Relief and Bolter liver with each other. All that money just to make the Dying Light community less fun for those who like to help or like being helped.
Ah, I just didn't keep tons of stuff in my storage. I just got the weapons and items I wanted and duplicated enough of them so I wouldn't run out. My stash doesn't take long to get into, but I'm sure it's awful for those who are weapon collectors and such.

U can buy back 99999 stacks of items it will freeze for a minute or two but right after it will unfreeze and u will have them in ur inventory.
+HDgamer If you can get it to work for that much, then good on you. I waited around 20 minutes and nothing happened. Maybe it works if you get lucky or if you don't have much in your inventory... or if what you're buying isn't too expensive. In either case, I'm glad you got it to work for you, but I couldn't (and others have said so, too). I tend to use another method if I want to duplicate large numbers of things (like the Ethernet method or Exponential duplication method).

I also found one we're u join someone's game and goto the storage bag and leave and spam x and when u load in u have the storage thing still open and then be quick and goto the item u want to dupe and drop it and it should say it's still there so keep drooping the item u want to dupe and if it don't let u drop it go to a item right down from it and then go back to the item u are duping and boom

How do you get it to show sell all instead of are you sure you want to sell all valuables
+Box By hitting the square and X button at the same time and then immediately pushing down on the touch pad. This causes the "sell all valuables" window to close and allow the "sell item" window to stay up. It's a timing thing. This does work on XBone too, but you press the A and X buttons at the same time and hit the Select button right after that.
When you have the "Sell Item" window up and can move the orange highlight behind it, then you know you've done it right and you can "Sell All" of another item to duplicate it.

+MultiRv90 Depends on the thing you're duplicating, but I made a video for how to use this very method to gain money fast, too. Just use Bolter Tissue when it's not a requested item and duplicate it. Then sell it when it's a requested item... you gain about 10x the amount you invested. :) Just be sure to save your game state often in case of game freeze (for more than a few minutes) or crashes.

+Swiflez ΩVΩ I've been told that if you join a random person's game in co-op it may pop up as a requested item right away. I'd suggest using the two stores in the Tower in the Slums (one up in the elevator) to double your chances of getting it as a requested item, but there is no other way to game the RNG (Random Number Generator) for having Bolter Tissue as a requested item.
You could always go for the free duplication methods in order to duplicate things to gain money. There's the Ethernet method: ruclips.net/video/cay5GXpvJ98/видео.html (works best on PS4; you can share wi-fi with another device, a laptop for instance, via Ethernet cable), the non-Ethernet method: ruclips.net/video/bK1OzZmLEN0/видео.html (which is more difficult on PS4; you may need to connect your PS4 to the internet via a hot spot or mobile data to lengthen the time it takes for the "Connection Lost" window to appear), and the exponential duplication method: ruclips.net/video/qNUiInmS9gg/видео.html (which no longer works for duplicating XP items but always works as it only requires a co-op partner, a way to back-up your save files, and patience). The first two methods also work for duplicating Disaster Relief and Bolter Liver for XP.

I don't play Dying Light much anymore (haven't in months). Just try joining a friend or a random online game or using the other methods I suggested. Again, the Exponential duplication method always works and doesn't require money. That's a surefire way to gain even other things to sell for money (not quite as fast as the Bolter Tissue but Kings and Clickers sell for a decent amount... not to mention other things).

+Mayford Bay I've gotten mixed information about it working still. I haven't had the time to see if it's still working or not. I know it's all about timing things out right. Try adjusting when you press down on the Touch Pad Button (slightly before or after) or adjusting the angle of your thumb when you press X and Square together (to hit x slightly before square or vise versa). Also ensure that you have at least some valuables in your inventory (not just a bag of coffee or a single jewel box).
If you're looking for guaranteed duplication (working 100% of the time when you try it), then I'd recommend using the Exponential duplication method: ruclips.net/video/qNUiInmS9gg/видео.html (That doesn't work for XP items, though)
If you're looking to duplicate things solo or to duplicate XP items, then your options are limited to these two, as far as I know: ruclips.net/video/cay5GXpvJ98/видео.html (you can share a laptop's WiFi via Ethernet cable if you can't hook your system directly to your modem/router) and ruclips.net/video/bK1OzZmLEN0/видео.html (you may need to hook your PS4 to the internet via a hot spot or mobile data to extend the period of time before the "Connection Lost" window appears).
All three of those still work, as confirmed by quite a few people in 2018. I'm not sure they can patch them, either.

If this doesnt work for you .. there is another way, delete the game off your playstation, then disconnect the internet from the ps menu, then put the disc back in! Install the game all over again. And there u go! Duplicate as much as u want and need! Then update the game again.

Ah, that's one that I cover in a subsequent video. You basically drop all but 1 of your metal parts and use something else to duplicate it into 80. Now you have 159 metal parts. Drop all but 1 of your metal parts and duplicate the 1 into 80 again. Now you have 238 metal parts. Now pick up all the metal parts and use it to duplicate another item... lather, rinse, repeat and switch between items from time to time. It'll take a while, but you'll eventually have 999999 of an item.
You could also try other methods of duplication. Some are free and one only requires a co-op friend, a way to back-up your save game file, and patience. Here's the playlist I dedicated to duplication method videos: ruclips.net/p/PLwF7pCYHQWPcWNMCfzS33i9CG32SLF71I

When you get the ability to move in the background you can only see the sell all the one where you press triangle goes away immediately

Actually you can do this on the xbox aswell. Its A and X at the same time then you press the button that brings up your map straight after but not at the same time as A and X

+Itz me JoKeR ItzMeJoKer This works perfectly fine on weapons. You saw me duplicate guns, but I chose that at random. Anything you can sell, you can use this method to duplicate it. Just don't use something with too many of it to duplicate weapons (I'd say 40 is too many as you can't carry that many weapons at once).
And yea u forgot to tell you that a guy gave me THATS why is scared of going IT I have like other weapons like an fireman's axe deals 2344 and the thing I hate about it is it strikes slow but I'm sure it powerful

I could be Jewel boxes, coffee, sugar, etc. When you have the "Sell all Valuables" option in the "Sell" tab of the Store, you'll know you have it right. The reason why my legend level glitch didn't work is because my game wasn't updated, now the duplication glitch won't work.

Actually, I was too hasty on that statement. This glitch still works but the timing needs to be correct, it took me many many tries before I found the method. I managed to get to legend level 250 in no time.

Well, it's all in the timing. I think they're done patching this game. It's been ages since 1.12 came out. So the duplication methods that aren't patched in my playlist will keep working forever, I think.

I'm also as up to date as one can be (Dying Light 1.12 and PS4 system update 4.07 or whatever). What part didn't seem to work for you? It may just be a timing thing, if you can't get the "Sell: (Item)" window to be up and be able to move around behind it, just keep trying. It takes an average of 3-4 times for me to get it just right, and I know the timing. :)
Oh, and this does work on Xbox (just with different buttons).

OK. You're likely getting the timing wrong then. Try pushing down on both the X and Square button with a slightly different angle to you thumb. If that doesn't work, try pushing down on the touch pad button at slightly different times after hitting the X and Square button. That's how I get it to work.
When that "Sell: (item)" window is up and you can move around behind it, then you know you've done it. Try moving with the left analogue stick every time you get the "Sell: (item)" window to stay up.

+PreserveBigCats That's too bad. Yeah, I guess a game that's been out for over 2 years will have most of the special extras expire by then. Oh, it wasn't that much trouble. It took me about 3 minutes to find those to copy and paste them.
You could always farm Bozak Dockets from the Bozak Horde. Or if you're looking for gold weapons go into Nightmare difficulty and just keep doing Police Van runs or killing Demolishers. You also start getting gold tier weapons once you reach "Underdog" rank in Be the Zombie mode (when you win), and when you get high enough in rank in that, you even get gold weapons when you lose.
I've never played Be the Zombie... nor have I tried Bozak yet. I barely go out at night, I'm a total pussycat when it comes to scary games. I'm playing 7 days to die and getting pretty good at it but those Zombie's are easy compared to Volatiles and Demolishers. I'm on PS4, hit me up if you want PlanetPC417
+PreserveBigCats Yep, it can take some time to get used to the nighttime in Dying Light. Once you get high enough in level, zombies (even volatiles) become much less scary. With a good enough melee weapon, you can one-shot a volatile in the head. I didn't play and don't play Be the Zombie mode much. It may help you get over your fear of the night if you play as the night hunter. ;) Likely not, though. LOL
If and when you try Bozak Horde, it's definitely annoying and can be very luck-based. If you want to try and get past it, maybe look into my "Bring anything into Bozak Horde" video in my tips and tricks playlist. It removes all of your gear and items (puts them all in your stash), so bringing things in there will greatly help you succeed (primarily in the form of awesome weapons, medkits, Night Hunter booster potions, your grappling hook, etc.).
