2 tsp or 10ml Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp or 5ml hot sauce
1/2 tsp or 2.5ml lemon juice
1/3 cup or 79ml panko breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp or 1.5ml Old Bay
1/4 tsp or 1.5ml Tony’s creole
(Can use salt to taste instead of seafood/old bay seasoning
2 tbsp fresh parsley
Black pepper to your taste
