and G max phenomenon is overrated too much because this is newest phenomenon and we think pokemon company always discover a stronger phenomenon than old one. but if we deeply go to anime then we find that these phenomenon are almostly equal. G max has advantage of attack power and durability but also has some disadvantage that it can perform only 3 attack and then he returns in normal form. It has 0 speed and 0 agility so it can't dodge any attacks. If mega pokemons dodge his 3 attacks with their high speed then it will be fight of mega vs normal. mega phenomenon increases every thing like power, attack power , defense, durability, speed, agility . For example we can see mega lucario vs g max machamp.

But onscreen pokemon company kabhi g max ko harwaye gi nhi aise. That's why logically abhi bhi Mega Metagross strongest h non legendary & pseudo legendary m. But on screen G-Max pokemons ko strongest dikhaya gya h.

Steven Internationally might be 3rd strongest champion but according to anime he might be 4th and I don't think Diantha would defeat him tho even if I eliminate the so called primal kyogre on screen error cause its resistant to Gardevoir also super effective to it but it can lose to shadow ball since steel does not have ghost resistance and psychic is weak to ghost so a pretty even match imo
