The ford for a win. There are some similar aged John Deeres round here in Canada won't start that good, if the sun goes behind the clouds while it's been stopped for a coffee break L.O.L. Thanks for the video, Take care
Hi George. Here is a first verse from the Bruce Springsteen's song "One step up" : Woke up this morning my house was cold Checked out the furnace she wasn't burnin' Went out and hoped in my old Ford Hit the engine but she ain't turnin' We've given each other some hard lessons lately But we ain't learnin' We're the same sad story that's a fact One step up and two steps back
always loved the tick over of the ford enine in the TW's, My ole boy used to drive a 15 for a while and i sat many a day on the tool box sad when he started driving other equipment most of teh time and the other guys wrecked her more or less, they broke the seat for one
I had to tune in to hear the starter of a TW pop off. A good tip when I run my TW I don't let it gallop idle when it's cold. I raise the rpm just a bit to eliminate it until it's warmed up. Little less stress on the rotating assembly. Cheers
Looks good for a 30? years old tractor. The fuel pump need some service. That is why the engine run If it is drunk. regulator need to be ajust. Keep them running!
Man she was cold normally there go with tip of the starter that's what I love about my tw15 I know any day any weather she will fire up easy love that 25 q cab
@@vputten269 Ford was bought buy Fiat, Al the Models were scrapped When Going to new holland other than The 70 and 40 series, New holland now Is Not ford in the slightest

Did you buy the TW as a project or has it been on the farm for years???? Give us some history of her George. Was that Creme egg from Mucka?? Nice one ☝️
I wish I could say the same about my 1983 8210 as its doesnt like starting on cold ish morning let alone a frosty morning even with the heater plug going and coldstart button in but the 7710 gen 1 I used to drive regardless of temperature it always did 2 compression strokes and it was away even when the modern tractors wouldn't funny old things fords lol
Yes mate the old tw is back boys the tw is back !! Love the work keep it up
Cheers Jack 👍

You just Cnt beat that sound proper sound top job George
For a old diesel engine with a good battery it started real good.
Great video and one of my fav tractors...my Grandad used to operate this and many Fords 😍👍🏻

Good old fords 👍
Nice tidy straight TW. We put a block heater on ours. Plug it in at night helps alot with the cold starts
Great tractor
Awesome George. Great video.
Hi George.

Checked out the furnace she wasn't burnin'
Went out and hoped in my old Ford

One step up and two steps back
Reminds me going to work with my Dad as a kid. Him starting the JD 4230, then years later, the MF 2680. Oh the smell of the exhaust smoke. Lush.
bonjour George un pouce bleu comme d hab il et magnifique le Ford
Love that sound!

Great video George! Have a nice day! Mfg, Jan
Superb! Frosty morning & farming...dream!
Back when they made real tractors and real trucks too.
Cracking vid George! Love a cold start and you beat that sound first thing in the morning!
Looks good for a 30? years old tractor. The fuel pump need some service. That is why the engine run If it is drunk. regulator need to be ajust. Keep them running!
Proper tractor!
She sounds so good .ime with you George that straight through pipe sounds awesome
Made to last.. Great vid George thanks...
Was a very good battery 😀👍🏾🚜🚜
Nice big ford 😀😀❄️❄️
Love a good old cold start 🍻🍻
The old lady sings beautiful
Have you got a shed you could put the TW in out of the weather George
Beautiful. Just beautiful!
Nice tractor George but I think the very early Ford tw 10 two wheel drive with the white radiator grill takes a bit of beating for looks.?
leslie phillip Black grill... 😉
The Ford blue looks good with a hint of stainless. Muckers Ford is missing a trick!
Pete Fisk The day I want my tractor to lose power, I'll put a straight through pipe on it... and I can't afford to lose what it has 😂
Common rail fuel injection is why they fire straight up on the new stuff. Also stuff like fuel heaters which are in the tank and glow plugs does help.
Plus come on get the Straight pipe back on that yoke
Man she was cold normally there go with tip of the starter that's what I love about my tw15 I know any day any weather she will fire up easy love that 25 q cab
Great to see the tw fire up
Great video as always diesel engine & cold weather they are not best friends that's diesel gets mad when it's so cold.
Cracking old girl that.......👍👍🚜🚜🚜🚜
Love those cold mornings 😊
Shame Ford quite making tractors. They were some of the best around.
Well they still kinda do
@@vputten269 Ford was bought buy Fiat, Al the Models were scrapped When Going to new holland other than The 70 and 40 series, New holland now Is Not ford in the slightest
Well the company still is a part of nh and the t6 and t7 are still made in the uk
no smoke no poke u can always count on the tw
Can you do a yard tour and show what tractors you have
Good video George!
Great video quality George 👍
There a button on the injection pump should be used it be easier on the battery
stop pushed in throttle open push excess fuel button on the stop lever on the pump and she would fire up almost instantly with a cloud of the black stuff.
But then that’s not a cold start video. I’m sure George knows how to start his tractor normally but that wasn’t what this video was for
@@bigwig8927 the button is exactly for cold start. What do you think it's for🤔
Paul Handling you obviously don’t know what a cold start vid is. It’s an unaided, no heater, no excess fuel start
@@bigwig8927 u obviously don't know what the button on the side of the injector pump is called🤔🤔🤔
@Paul Handling what part of Unaided, no heater, no EXCESS fuel are you struggling with ? are you a bit special ?
Good video George
George you need to set up a gofund me page to build a nice little shed or lean to that you can shut the ford away behind closed doors. Did she tip it?
On the button sir
I do love the ford lol
Lovely old tractor, did she tip the trailer?
Did you buy the TW as a project or has it been on the farm for years???? Give us some history of her George. Was that Creme egg from Mucka?? Nice one ☝️
I have done in the past, but I could do another video on it.
As she not got a cold start button/over fuelling. on the diesel pump like the old countrys ???
It should do there is one on our 8210
I like the sound of the tw cold start
Som machine love yr vids mate. How r u getting on in yr other farm mate
Very well Matthew 👍
Nice one George 👍 👍
Like I said on Instagram mate sounds mean an ready!!!!
I really liked this video , it looks like you've changed your recording style a bit , it might just be me though 😁, I like it
I vary it as much as possible, no point in doing the same old thing over and over 👍
Very nice video
Nice vid George 🚜👍🏻
George can you do a video on the new shed
It's coming 👍
Tw25 💪
Love the low idle... How long do you warm it up before running with some load? 15 minutes to get the oil
At least 5 minutes at a high idle
Never doubted the old girl George
👍👍
I would say she's melted a fue ice caps there george keep it up
Great!!
Love it
Some yoke, get the straight pipe on
Have you got the little button on the injection pump for cold starts?
It has, but for the purposes of this video I didn't bother 👍
Ah the old girl always starts.
Is there an excess fuel device on the tractor's fuel pump for cold starting?
Creme egg loyal 👀👀
Is she heavy on fuel
Not bad really.
👍👌❤🇨🇦, new sub, no glow plugs, or intake heater?
Is she all original condition or has she been restored in the past
it should have a cold start button on the side of injector pump
It does
That's the difference between indirect injection and direct injection
Ross l Tw25 is direct injection too
Diesel is always injected directly.
xuser48 No, older diesels had an offset pre-chamber and therefore were not direct injection.
The Flying Farmer Yep some had swirl chambers and some had just a simple pre-ignition pot.
Should have checked the engine oil
Older the fiddle sweeter the tune
Its a ford it will take more then the cold to stop the old girl
I wish I could say the same about my 1983 8210 as its doesnt like starting on cold ish morning let alone a frosty morning even with the heater plug going and coldstart button in but the 7710 gen 1 I used to drive regardless of temperature it always did 2 compression strokes and it was away even when the modern tractors wouldn't funny old things fords lol
is there an excess fuel button on her?
Shes awake XD

Milking vid pls
Bring back the old intro!
I might do another one with the TW 👍
Can you do a milking video
