28:20 The garden is looking so beautiful. I sure do wish I owned my own home where I could do that stuff. I live in a tiny rent home in the middle of town and I hate it. I feel trapped in my own “home”. The neighbors on both sides of me are so strange, and every time I try to go outside, one will walk out and try to have a conversation. I’m here alone, and I feel like I don’t have a purpose at this current situation. Youngest is 3 hrs away in college, and oldest just got married in May, and him and his spouse run 3 small businesses of their own. 2 they are just getting started so they have to invest a ton of time into. And my vehicle doesn’t run so I can’t even go anywhere. I’m going crazy! So I’m super grateful for you, Heather and the rest of the family for sharing your time with us on this side. ❤
Oh, one more thing. I wonder if previous owners did the patchwork jobs prior to selling so they didn’t have to spend more time and money doing it the right way. People are so dishonest nowadays and it bothers me so much.

Hi Amanda in Australia if you have a pool in Australia you have to have the pool fully fenced or you are in trouble I think it is a huge fine it is compulsory

My husband is a home inspector and they do not see under and behind things or rip boards off to see what is underneath…not sure of the rules in Tennessee but in Mo and Cali and Arizona they are doing g mostly a comprehensive inspection Do you have rain gutters above the area on deck. There could be leak , also that area seems very exposed to the elements We just purchased home also and are finding some “fun” surprises the previous owner did. Crazy. Lol
We do have gutters but yes, it’s not a covered area. In the grand scheme of things, it’s just a piece of wood and I’m very fortunate to have what I do. I was in a grumbling mood I guess. ❤️
