Rob Gronkowski is like fine wine. You say "Denver" and we ask is it the 2016 AFC Championship Game or 2012 Divisional Playoff Round? And we say, "Excellent" no matter which game you name.
You guys filled our house with such Joy. I built a movie room in my basement to watch you guys tear it up. My Son was like 5 years old and we would be screaming and yelling every Sunday or Monday night football game. Even my wife would be hustling food to the basement and laughing at us hollering at the screen. Damn life was good, so miss those days You guys are gone and my son is overseas in China at University. The movie room is empty waiting for another dynasty in New England grow !!!!
So I'm not a Pats fan and I don't have a movie room but this reminds me of plenty of fond memories as a kid in this era with my dad watching football and cheering on the Cardinals. Life definitely was good.
man that made me a little emotional when you said the movie room is empty and waiting for another dynasty. I love how sports unite all of us and remind us how life is really just about fun ❤️
Lol Gronk and Edelman talking about how good Moss and Welker were and not realizing they did the same thing but won three sbs is so cute. Stay humble, kings.
respect to Gronk, no matter what, you know he had a lot of respect for Aaron Hernandez and would never talk bad about him. It truly hurts him how everything went down.
Hernandez was so smooth and shifty bruh. My fav play from him was when he spin moved that dude right after the catch and got the TD. I was like nah, this aint a regular TE bro. I was like 9
@jamiemcdonald4279 better route runner and hands but there hasn't been anyone like Gronk in the league before or since. A complete mismatch in the red zone.
I think gronk was the best tight end of all time. It's the things he did that didn't show up on the stat sheet that made him special. He was an offensive lineman in the blocking game, and the fact that he loved blocking tells you all you need to know about that. Hernandez was good, but he wasn't better than gronk. And he certainly wasn't as cool as gronk.
Lifelong Broncos fan, I remember this game and the one before it like it was yesterday!! I HATED you guys on the field, but god damn do I love both of you off of it! Love the pod. Gronk is such a good guest.
Very interesting to hear it from that side. That week 14 game against Patriots was probably Tebow's best game aside from the Steelers game, with both Moreno and McGahee getting injured after dominating Patriots in the first quarter, and having the wheels come off the defense. It was an amazing season, but it was sad that Tebow never got the chance to develop. His highs rivaled the best of Elway, and his lousy short passing could have been lifted to mediocre. Bo Nix development is the first time since that I have had that level of excitement for the development of the team.
I just caught on to this podcast like a month ago. The Gronk episodes are the best! Im not a patriots fan but the chemistry u have with the guys u went to battle with are the best! Really enjoyed Ty Law too! Keep rocking!
Deadass, my dad was on a job out near Boston back when I was in highschool like 2011/2012 and he ran into Gronk and his brother at a sandwich shop, got a pic with him and obv RG is an enormous man but his hands stood out the most 😂
Always my fav guest with Gronk. He’s smart, funny, authentic and just a good dude! The chemistry with Jules is awesome - true bro love. I love my Pats from the Brady era - please more! It heals more recent wounds!
The Statue they should use for Tom Brady is unquestionably his punch Let's Go pose when he completed his 50th Touchdown Pass to Randy Moss in 2007. As Iconic a moment as there has ever been in the history of Football.
My pick would be his victory pose when James White goes through the goal line in SB LI especially if the sculpture can capture his "6 yo Brady's" face at the moment.
I wanted to comment how this cast was gold 'cause of this or that bit, but every time a new bit was coming on that was even better, so I'll just leave it at that
A very underestimated aspect of winning football "not making mistakes". Don't beat yourself. Brady taking a sack or throwing the ball away is an under rated skill, so many QB's try to make a positive play when there isn't one to be made, and end up throwing an INT, giving up a sack fumble, or a long sack.
@@ppumpkin3282 The first couple of SBs all Brady really had to do was manage the game and not lose it. Those early Pats won with D , special teams, timely kicking and game management by Billy B .
If you read the NFL Legal business documents it's clear it is rigged by Head Coaches and refs to get the results Las Vegas and sponsorship desire under the "Sports entertainment" tag. 2 other sports have the same set up. WWE wrestling and Women's roller derby......we all got played like a fiddle
Rob questioning what "Gameplay" means his third time on the show then perfectly knocking the average game score down to 6.9 with some quick math is unbelievable
“So I actually have a friend called Nate dog. We’ve been best friends since we both came out of the WOON. We both grew up on the same street and have both known each other since one month years old”
Gotta say I love the humility, but Julian was absolutely getting noticed at this point. I think fans were starting to get a sense that maybe we had another Troy Brown, which was a huge compliment, obviously.
1:32:38 Thanks for placing that sidenote guys. But I couldn't find -was waiting for- Tebow's odd achievement of "316 passing yards and averaged 31.6 yards per completion". That lined up with verse John 3:16 like the black eye liner that got banned. What an odd sequence of wins and losses to total it. Why not the 3:16 game? Jesus had that last laugh but for sure RIP Tebowmania. Patriots killed!!! Thank Gronk for the love!
Belichick was your/a coach, now he is free to be your friend. Belichick is so witty, translates to smart. A good person. Definitely knows his craft, adds x’s 1000 to any chat.
Just watched some of Julian's defensive highlights; he had great suddenness. His reflexes were so good that he could stay very relaxed, calmly read what was developing and then create or exploit the smallest opportunities. He reminds me of a less athletic Derwin James.
Fun fact: Tim Tebow was picked up as a QB for the Patriots in 2013 during the preseason and played in 2 preseason games before being let go when the 53 man roster was finalized.
J.E. came out and blew the doors off of anything Welker ever did. You were quicker, and had better hands. No contest the best slot receiver to ever play.
I like Tebow as a person. Wasn’t sure of him as a QB but I was excited to see him as a TE although it never played out. I like what he’s doing for kids right now. I think it’s great
Love it when Gronk is on the Pod telling awesome stories in a way only Gronk can it would be cool to see Ernie on the Pod with Gronk bet they had some funny stories also
All 3 Gronk episodes when they asked him to rate the gameplay he said “what does that mean” and all 3 episodes he rated the name 6.9 and made a 69 joke after. Never change Gronky
It’s apparent that yall want and maybe even need to talk about Aaron, and I get it, and also I would love to hear the football stories you have about him, Im from Ct, we scrimmaged him my senior year, he was a freshman
What's your favorite (Non-Super Bowl) Gronk game?⬇
all of them he balled out in..

When is Tom Brady going to be on the pod???? Like for TOM!
If u watched the roast on Netflix, he asked him if he would do his podcast and Tom said no😂😂. He'll probably be on eventually tho.

Take a drink every time Gronk says “as well”

Might "as well" go to the hospital first in preparation
The idea of Gronk practicing basketball every day is amazing….hes gonna win an all star game MVP
