Unfortunately, windowed mode requirement is a no go for gaming. It's a good tech, you can even get similar utility for free, but thanks to Windows 8, 10, 11 forced triple buffering = hard pass.
@@gamerhobbit No, you can't. This is the biggest complaint about Magpie and Lossless scaling. It simply cannot work in fullscreen mode and freesync/G-Sync are broken.
@@J0rdan912 Then why is there a "Allow tearing" button in my Lossless Scaling app? G-Sync/Freesync is kind of problematic but they work when FPS of both LS and the game is capped at the same value.
@@gamerhobbit To allow tearing and reduce latency. You can also see tearing and unlocked framerate in some games in windowed mode, but that's a thing - they work, however many things remains problematic because of lack of exclusive mode.

DLSS teaches everyone a good lesson: cleverly managing and manipulating TAA is much more effective than increasing the resolution.
And Ghosting Win
Thank you.
What is difference between FSR and Fidelity CAS? As far as i know both lower resolution and sharpen image.
FSR is supposed to be a bit better at reconstructing the image so it is the better technology

No problem here because gsync works in windowed mode as well (if you activate it in nvidia control panel) and we can bypass buffering
Lossless Scaling can disable V-Sync and act as a Fullscreen Exclusive app so you can easily enable Freesync/G-Sync if you want.

Bad test, fsr ultra quality would have been the same as dlss quality in terms of input resolution.
Both use 720p-1080 conversion
