Because they have proven to be able to hang on in the climb and IMO Roglic has no reason to drop anybody - Jorgenson may, in an attempt to secure his second spot, yet from what I’ve seen, I think there’s a real chance they reach the plateau together and then, on the flat to slightly sloping final 2k, Gee and Ciccone have an edge over Jorgenson and Roglic in my book - plenty of other scenarios possible, yet that’s the one I went by

Ok with the names but about the order, IMHO Roglic will win again. No climber (except Tadej) is faster than Roglic in climb-final-sprint.
