HJW gaming said in a video on the topic it wasnt really worth investing in it. However, personnally I'd say it depends on your commanders you plan using. Damage dealer ? Attack. Focus commander ? Focus. If both, then you can balance it depending on your army builds. As a F2P it can be pretty useful in arly seasons on the first few days, but once you get good gear it doesnt make that much of a difference.
