I think it's worth mentioning that the attack soft cap is at 200 (where damage scaling per point of attack drops significantly), and - since everyone runs Sauron with "The Enemy" skill, the Attack goal should be 235, which would keep your attack at 200 when facing Saurons.
would like to see some balance patches to buff up some evil commanders just so there is one on the podium for best in game its rough out there in roll play
Great video I still think even at R3 Dain is the more potent of the two over a ten round fight (bearing in mind his r3 is the best skill in the game). handy stun chance in his r1 too. But I agree its close.
@@allthingsmiddleearthYes, exactly im f2p and i have been saving since the 2.0 update and i have got around 25 t3 respect items (if i convert into those i want) and about 3 t3 commander invitations
I am glad they lowered recruitment requirements - that is why I have Saruman R1 - King of the Dead was my second 200th Mathom pulls and second 200th Mathom pull was....King od the Dead.......
@@allthingsmiddleeartheven if you're spending, R3 to R5 takes longer. You must spend like 300$ per season to bring Dain from R3 to R5 in one season...
I use both at pretty high respect and similar gear. I have relic for Dain with refinement and Beorn still out damages Dain 8 out of 10 fights. Its generally close, but Beorn has a big advantage in initiative and the bleeds really add up. I think at bery high investment with fully refined relic and Z6, Dain wins out but less investment Beorn all the way.
I really like my R3 Beorn, I took Gimli out of my formation for him. Since i don't have Dain I use shadow instead. I never hit super hard, but at least I can survive a bit longer now. Hopefully after another 5 seasons I'll get Dain unlocked, but probably not r5😂
both mvp commanders, ive had them since 2.0 release and from my experience dain does more in prolonged fights and beorn in shorter fights aka wins. Who would i choose? BOTH!!
For ftp 2 respect levels for t3s takes longer than 1 season on my ftp account going into only one commander it took my over a season to get 1 respect level unfortunately 🙄
Im just bought both Dain and Beron x9 gifts itens from top-up link and put both R3! And Know what? Gimili R6 and Dwalin R7 still my best DD 🤣😂😭 i have proves. Useless bellow R5 , and have a single t3 R5 for a low spender is soo many seassons, for a f2p i dont think it is even possible. ATME, one point from my tests: To break white council, they need hit more 3 times from R5, elseif both Dain/Beorn Round 1 and 2 is a lost hit. Thats why my Gimili broke white council earlier with 3 damage skills.
I’m loving this videos I’m excited to see one on Gil-Galad

Good point!

I love your videos! Can you make a video about Aragorn King of Men? I would be very happy about it. :)
I think I could do that! :)

Eomer vs Gimli my be a good one for more light spenders / FTP
What's the difference between attack and damage?
Attack specifically boosts physical damage and damage boosts all types of damage
If it only took one season to get 2 respect levels for mythic commander…
One season may have been a bad example 😂 but my point stands. R3 to r5 is a lot if you’re not spending

I still don’t have Beorn, but maybe one day!

That’s what someone else commented, so I was off on my timing. Maybe making Beorn a better option for F2P’s to go for first
a senile grandpa and a wild teddy...

Dain 🔥🔥🔥
The game is ruined, so much potential.
