    Ingredients for celery casserole:
    500 g celery (1 bunch)
    250 g tomatoes (e.g. cherry tomatoes)
    400 ml vegetable stock
    Cook the celery pieces over low heat for approx. 10-15 minutes until al dente (or let it sit for 5 minutes).
    100 g cheese (e.g. Gouda or gratin cheese, etc.)
    Bake in a well-preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 15 minutes (depending on the desired degree of browning).
    The celery stalks baked with tomatoes and cheese are ready!
