Even in America we need building permits and ownership of property on land that is zoned for houses. Also, if the government tears down the castle you will not be homeless because of the town house. Why don’t you bring furnishings from castle to townhouse? Why do you keep saying you will be homeless and have to go back to the mountains? That just tells viewers that you are not truthful.

Удивительно сколько на свете наивных людей, вы что не поняли замок не его. И никуда он не ходил, опять врет. Он не может ничего требовать так как этот замок ему не принадлежит. Если замок его и он знает что его снесут, что ж он оттуда не заберет вещи, которые бы в семье пригодились. Ответ прост замок не его. Он это придумал , что бы туда больше не ездить, так как когда он закончит ремонт он вынужден будет опять оттуда с дома выехать. А все начнут писать почему в замок не едете , а он скажет что снесли его. Я кобы он опять бездомный. Лгун каких надо ещё поискать. Опять придумал детей такси ждет в школу . I noticed a lot of mold in the castle around the baseboards especially in the kitchen area where she used the hose to clean the kitchen. Plus there are noticeable cracks in the baseboards in the kitchen where rodents, scorpions and other critters can easily get in, so the castle is not fit for them to live in.

Hassan why do you guys build on Agriculture Land? It’s been against the law for decades. If you had gone to get construction permits before building castle you would have been told this. Surely Iran Citizens know the building and zoning laws.
In USA we have to get permit and have blueprints of house looked over by inspectors. Then inspection are done every step of the build of our house.
These laws are to protect you also. Inspection are for your safety to make sure house is build safe.
I read that people own the land and it was in the process of being granted building rights but when their old President died, the new administration did away with all that and now everyone is losing their homes. Even people who had building paperwork had their homes demolished because the new government had different plans
@@michaelmeyer4895 it’s been the law for decades that you can’t build on agriculture land, land you did not purchase, earthquake zones, flood zones, industrial zones, without permits etc.

I also read that the same thing was being done to minority groups like the Kurds and the Baha’i . True? I can’t vouch for it but when I did a little research on the issue, that is what I found out.

This was a big obstacle when I was building there for Iran Gov. These nomads know it’s illegal. Even if they buy land in village they don’t pay their taxes, they very rarely get permits. You know that inspections of a home is to make sure it’s built safe.

За то что так льют воду их надо штрафовать или установить везде счетчики как во всем цевелизованном мире, тогда научатся беречь и экономить природные ресурсы. А то привыкли жить на халяву ни за что не платят, строят где хотят, а после них остается груда мусора, цемента и всякого хлама. Они захламляют не только Иран, но и весь мир. Земля одна
