You definitely look like you could do a ring muscle-up unassisted!

Yes, I can do a muscle up. However, I like using the Bodyweight PRO for getting in some high rep sets. Also for learning new bodyweight skills. Thanks for commenting!

Like you, I believe strengthening the knee is good rehab. The key, however, is doing the right exercises, and doing them the right way. I would appreciate your the expertise specificity on both. Wishing you continued success.Thank you and Happy Easter.

Knee's Ditto. 😊, took time off and added light training. All Good now 😊,,,, Speaking of joints what's that squeaky noise in your video? Vehicle suspension?

Glad knees are feeling better! What part of the video are you referring to in regards to squeaky noise? If it's the part in the car, it might have been the windshield wipers. Haha.

That's why I essentially got into the Physical Therapy world, and one of the main reasons I'm getting out of it, 20 years later.
As a patient, I became very disinfranchised with the all over the map tx and interventional responses from orthopods. In my naivety, I wanted to do the most good, with broadest strokes with my "tx brushes," and have the least amount of potential, irreputable, damage, if by chance , I wasn't correct.
However, the system, props these guys up, (general terms, but the overwhelming majority), as gods, and refuses to believe there's any potential interplay, or room for interpretation, especially if it's not another 'prestigious," doctor...ie; neuro, etc.
Even GP's are considered the "medical Gatekeeper's,"... literal term by insurance. Unfortunately unlike how the chiropractic profession struck back against the AMA in the 1970's, everything and everyone runs through these guys....ie; you can be an optometrist and legally perform liposuction, as long as you're not advertising you're"board certified," if in fact you're not
The analogy I always gave my patient's when they ran into these issues, is it's like building a house, but everything is up to say the roofer to make the decision. It takes a whole lot of people to orchestrate things to have a house built from the ground up, and yes the roofer might have some general knowledge working besides plumbers, general contractors, etc., however he/she should not be the end all be all of decisions, and most importantly, should not be gaslighting everyone to think this, and to think all problems are solved with a good roof.....which insanely common.
Sorry for the rant. off the soap box. Hits personal to me as I'm starting back at square one to move into a different profession, partly because I abuore some the BS that is pedaled to patients, and then become the causation of everything that is wrong if the patient doesn't have a magic wand and top toes through the tulips to make a miracle recovery in less than a week. Sooooo common with total knees, ugh.
