So happy this was helpful!
It will help with toe walking or not??
Possibly! We always want to identify why a child is toe walking, and that will help direct our approach to helping.
We have this podcast episode that might be helpful! harkla.co/blogs/podcast/24-toe-walking-w-sitting
My staff and I often go to an indoor trampoline place, I love jumping on trampolines. I have a mini trampoline in my sensory space down in my basement. I wonder what activities would be good for adults who like trampolines. They may have to be a bit different for me being that I’m totally blind.
Hi! Adults can definitely do all of the same activities and modify as needed!
For someone who has a visual impairment or is blind, completing auditory activities while jumping is a good option!
