In a show where everyone is emotionally damaged, even the antagonists, it's such a nice breath of fresh air to have characters like Ekko and Heimerdinger who are just so genuinely kind and altruistic, even if they still have flaws of their own.
I think arcane just not show heirmerdinger trauma Remember he is a immortal living in the society of mortal That mean he will still move on while anyone he knew is dead by old age
I think the thing about this is that heim is a guy that's scared. The only true merit he has was knowledge but no wisdom as he doesn't know how to connect with those around him. After he got kicked off the council he went to zaun and tried to help and realized that he was so disconnected from everything and everyone. It isn't until he meets ekko where he changes and grows again. When in the AU he tries to get him to stay as it's comfortable but Ekko needs to go back to help his people and it isn't until then that Ekko has to ask for his guidance as a professor. Now tempered with the curiosity of powder and heims wisdom they finally make the device that saves the world. Yeah it cost him his life but had he shown Viktor and Jayce the guidance he gave to Ekko it might have been different.
Bruh, he was there at the birth of Piltover and watched for centuries as the lower class were literally pushed further and further down and he still didn't do anything. Jayce and Viktor originally created Hextech as a way to help the impoverished people of Zaun, and then Heimerdinger still kept pushing back against helping the poor in favour of stability for the elite. Heimerdinger is clever but he is just as stupid as everyone else.
@@TheRestlessView To be fair, yordles are immortal so the cost him his life bit isn't as heavy, sadly the same can't be said for Isha. Rest in peace our brave young hero 😥
So he rambles off a number of days that's basically he was thrown into the the alternate dimension several years before the events of Season 1. He jumped into his own body like Ekko did so he was still a member of the council of Piltover. In those years he probably fought really hard for Zaun and Piltover equality using Vi's death as a weapon to build a better world for both cities.
This is actually quite a good outlook since most people where just questioning how the tensions between zaun and piltover just suddenly banishing. Until you realize heimerdinger was still in power at the time with knowledge from the future
Many people forgave Jayce after the ending but I still don't like him becuz he kicked out Heimer in Season 1 (what an ungrateful a**hole!) and Isha is still gone.
Well, Jayce paid the price for his arrogance, ungratefulness and stubbornness by watching the dystopian alternate timeline of Piltover, breaking his leg, eating raw fish or meat of the polluted animals, and at last sacrificing himself to save the city.
@@HeavenDibya to be fair, Mel manipulated Jayce (he is to focused to the past, but you are looking to the future) Plus Jayce was already emotionally unstable when victor conditions worsened, and heimer was between him and the chance to saving his best friend. However heimer wasn't totally innocent, despite founding the city, he ignored the undercity issues, becoming more a politician than a scientist

I loved that Heimer adopted Ekko as his protege and Ekko had such a handle on things despite no formal education.
I burst out laughing when Heimerdinger shushed Ekko when the latter said: "Don't you essentially own this place?"
Heimer: I know I used to but we're doing secret agent stuff now!
The Lorax but in Different Timeline
lol
Old man tried to stop the kids from ending the world then sacrifices himself because of their stupidity.

Thank god , i thought it was only me who thought that Heimendinger was adorable
The design of that bubble machine though, seems familiar.
Who knew that bubble machine is the precursor of one of the most infuriating things to fight in top lane
