That color combination appears to be: Marina Blue Metallic (order code=24) with White vinyl roof (order code=1; on the trim id plate in the engine bay, it will say 61 and that's because, for whatever reason, Cadillac still used the old coding on the 1967 and 1968 models) and Dark Blue Diplomat cloth and Dark Blue leather upholstery (order code=025). Personally, if I'd bought it new, I would've picked the same interior but, for the outside, would've picked Atlantis Blue Firemist Metallic (order code=90; it's a charcoalish navy blue color), a $131.60 option, with a Black vinyl roof (order code=2 aka 62; the vinyl roof was standard on Fleetwood Brougham models).
