Heya all. Erik here! I just wanted to make sure you all know that the Social security statement and my lease are not mandatory for the interview. These are just extra things I sent. The social security statement I sent to prove I have always made more than the minimum income requirement to sponsor Glydyl and the Lease was to prove my residence...again, just incase. Its better to be OVER prepared than UNDER prepared. Like Ive said before. They never asked to see most of the things we prepared for the interview, but you never know what the CFO will ask to see and they asked Gly for a lot more documents than the embassy interview did.

Hello friend, my fiancé printed out her interview confirmation page but on the page it doesn’t show her DS-160 barcode only the MRV fee barcode. It seems like your interview confirmation page also doesn’t have the ds-160 barcode. Did you have any issues because of that at your interview?
Hahanapin ba talaga ang income tax return, form w2, bank statement, deposit slip, at employment letter at social security statement sa petitioner?
may mga consul na hahanapin talaga yan sa inyo meron naman pong hindi na mas okay po talaga na maging handa keysa sa wala po kayong maipakita na ganyan if hanapan po kayo.

Hi. Pag po ba kukunin na ang visa may itenerary na po ba dapat or kahit wala pa dahil need pa po ng cfo certificate ?
I didn't do the k1 visa i did the spouse visa was approved now its up to the NVC for her medical exam that is step 10

Hi!! Did you bring the photo copies on your interview or just the original?
They seemed to be ok with scanned and emailed copies of the sponsors documents, because USCIS allready had all of the originals of their paperwork, but the beneficiary needs originals of all of their paperwork. The embassy barely looked at or requested ANYTHING from the sponsor because USCIS allready checked on all of those things, but the CFO wanted to see EVERYTHING and the CFO has a lot more individual freedom to decide what they want to see so we sent everything we could possibly think of for the CFO interview, but even the CFO we saw was fine with scans and emails of the sponsors things.

Hi Miss Gli. Pwede po magtanong kung saan ka nagpapicture para sa passport photo na sinend mo sa fiance mo para sa I-129F form? And paano mo sinend yung copy sa fiance mo?
Nagpapicture kasi ako sa Photoline tas sinend ko yung soft copy sa fiance ko through email pero sabi nya is need nya high resolution which is di maibigay saakin ng photoline. Any tips po? Thank you in advance ❤

Bale po ilang birth cert po nagamit nio?
Nagkaprob po kasi ako sa birth cert ko.
2 ung lumabas, different place of birth.
Matagal na po na isa lng lumalabas not until ngchange na nga to PSA then ngayong ngrequest ako ng recent birth cert, 2 na lumabas na registered birth cert ko.
Ung nagamit ko sa passport is ung birth cert na 2nd registry daw at hndi na daw mkkpgreproduce.
Did the embassy get the original CENOMAR??? if yes how many po ?
Need po talaga social media posts? Pano po kung di kami mapost sa social media, and wala syang social media.
it's okay naman po as long as meron kayong other proof na kayo talaga like conversations niyo

Within two to three weeks after submission, you'll receive a Notice of Action (NOA1) confirming USCIS's receipt of your petition. No further action is needed at this stage. Typically, between 8 and 10 months later, you'll receive a Notice of Action 2 (NOA2) indicating USCIS's decision on your petition.

it's not important docs naman po sa email ni finace namin siya nakita. I just print it out just in case pero mostly hindi naman siya hinanap during interview

May expiration po ba ang DS-160?
My fiance is about to schedual an interview too. Why do we need to re gather all those documents? We submitted most of these things with the original k1 application so shouldnt the NVC already have it?
All of the documents you filed with NVC were documents regarding yourself. All the documents you need for the embassy are regarding the beneficiary, and the CFO will want to see copies of everything because they do not have the documents you filed with the U.S. government since they are with the Philippines government.

You need to have proof of seeing each other in person within two years. The length of time you've been together isn't really written down.

Yes, I do not get along with my business owner very well so it was very awkward asking him to write me a letter.

It took us 566 days from filing until interview. Our time line looked like this:
I-129F Sent : 2022-07-06

The wait time between NOA1 and NOA2 is much shorter now. I just got NOA2 for my I-129F on 2024-04-02 and NOA1 was 2023-10-30, only about five months. Hopefullly the whole process will be less than one year.

hindi kasali travel and visit and other stuff if k1 process lang talaga between $ 2000-3000 if kukuha naman kayo ng lawyer or agency to process your visa mahal talaga kami ng diy lang kaya nakatipid

I don't know if this is a big problem but I have a different barcode on my DS 160 on my appointment confirmation number for an interview. Is it a big problem or not. My interview is April 2 and the medical exam this Monday. Can anyone help me with this?

DS 160 ba talaga need or yong DS 260
DS-160 is a non-immigrant visa application. DS-260 is an immigrant visa application. The K-1 is a non-immigrant visa, which requires the DS-160.
