I actually do eat burgers while cutting weight. 90% lean beef patty, one slice of wheat toast as bread, pickles, spicy brown mustard, grilled onions. Satisfies my craving and I’m not loading it up with fatty sauces or toppings like cheese or mayo.
I live on the east coast in Virginia and the only thing close to that delicious looking burger is 5 guys but want to try the west coast fast food burger places in the future !!!

Id argue cheese on a burger is still healthy. The most unhealthy part would be including French fries, because I doubt any fry place is using avocado or olive oil for their fries. And the seed oils in the mayo, because I doubt any place is using avocado or olive oil for that neither
I was watching one of those obnoxious conspiracy videos about how most mukbang videos are "faked" (how they spit out the food instead of swallowing -- as if I gave some kind of journalistic integrity shit about these people ACTUALLY consuming and digesting all the food they're shown eating) -- and what I love about Ben Deen's vids is that he's clearly just a guy eating food and chatting on camera. He doesn't love everything he eats, he has ups and downs, he'll talk about weight struggles but the channel never becomes a therapy sesh. If you've watched for a while, you'll know a lot of basics about him (he and his bro were adopted, grew up in America, moved to Korea as an adult) -- but the channel's not really a thorough diary/documentary and there's plenty I don't know about the guy. But You don't HAVE to know plenty about him. You're just sharing some meals with him, talking about whatever. Sometimes he travels. There was that one time when he was cooking with friends. But the channel always settles back to him just having a meal solo and sharing his opinions on the food. Nothing extreme or too outrageous. It's refreshing. And I'm glad he's got over a million subscribers for this.
I agree when it comes to bacon on a burger and needs to be crispy. Not too thick not too thin just perfectly crisp bacon. One burger joint that I have to say has good crispy bacon, is Wendy’s! I applaud that chain for having such great bacon.😊
Burgers can be healthy definitely. You just can't eat multiple every single day lol. The amount of calories is what matters the most and the sodium content. Bodybuilders eat them every now and then. It's really the calories that they have to watch out for.
