How did you get rid of that error I am getting the same error when trying to ssh

Delete the protostar server vom "~/.ssh/known_hosts"

Just did this and it worked fine,
ssh-keygen -f "/home/arnab/.ssh/known_hosts" -R "[127.0.0.1]:3022"

A in hex: 0x41 and not 0x42, so in the beginning you had right XD
