Agreed. Though I wasn't alive to see the previous Attic Brides, I've seen videos and pictures of them and would love for Constance to be an actual animatronic instead of a mannequin with a projected face.

It seems to me that many of the ideas for the Museum of the Weird, if incorporated into the Haunted Mansion from the start, would be incredibly iconic today. I can definitely see Wax Candle Man or Man-Eating Plant t-shirts being sold in the parks if they had made it in.
@@OGamerGirl92 look at the woodworking, with all the faces, the wainscoting in the loading area and DL's portrait hallway. and don't forget the copper griffin statues at the base of the staircase in MK & DL. those are all inspired from the museum of the weird stuff.

The Candle man absolutely should be added to the ride somewhere, also I wish they were able to add another room somewhere, something simple like a living room with a fireplace, maybe a rocking chair going by itself in the corner and some wind coming through the windows. My only issue with the Disneyland version is it’s too short lol
I've heard the gargoyles talk once it was when we were stuck in the room because of the big line when I heard them start whispering I got a chill down my spine cause I never knew they did that
You know how there is a guest suite in Cinderella's Castle? You know how they are building an immersive Star Wars hotel in WDW? Well, that, but for the Haunted Mansion.
I would quite literally _sell my soul_ for a guest room that can actually be used to be added to the Haunted Mansion. Spending a night inside of my favorite WDW ride? I would die a happy person.
I don't stay at Disney resorts because they're expensive, but would pay any price for a HM inspired resort "Haunted Harbor" tying together Pirates and the Mansion the way they deserve to be
Could you imagine?!? Footsteps that appear on your floor…ghosts appearing behind mirrors that watch as you sleep…screams in the night that wake you up…your closet doorknob rattling every now and then…random gusts of air that ruffle your bedding…there’s sooooo many things you could do
@@bradbartels6778 Disney needs to hire you to design the hotel! I would use every cent in my checking account for the experience that you're describing.
I would definitely change up the bride. Look, Constance is cool, but Emily has more intrigue, more mystery, and much more heartache. Constance is just, haha axe go brrrr. Edit : Also! You know how when after the stretching room, the wall opens to the painting gallery, but above the door is just this huge ugly black wall of nothing? Yeah I'd wanna do something with that, maybe wood paneling, idk, something.
I like Emily because she makes you ask questions. Who is she? Why is she in the attic? Does she want to hurt me? It makes her much scarier (come on it's a HAUNTED mansion!)
I honestly love Constance, it's great having at least one ghost in the mansion who might not have the best intentions. What needs to be done is they need to fix her face. And maybe give her a real animatronic instead of making her a backlit husk.
I’ve always thought the loading area should look like a solarium or sunroom looking out onto the property gardens, instead of just a dark void. I like that the Disney world version is a part of the house, even if it’s just a hallway.
I always saw it as the mansion being so overwhelmingly haunted and so full of ghostly energy that a section of it has mostly deteriorated into an otherworldly void.
@@slinger0083 That's because that's the intention, even the ghost host says during that part that's the entrance to the boundless world of the supernatural, the mansion is so haunted to the point that there is an actual void of limbo
The Madam Leota scene should be mostly the same but with the trackless buggy you could circle around her a couple times while getting a better view of the room, with some updated effects
It would definitely allow you to hear her entire seance. With the Omnimover the buggies just move through and you are lucky to hear much of it. It's iconic and I wanna hear more than just three lines and then into the ballroom
One of the few things I would change about the Disneyland version is Hatchaway. I like her current backstory, but her design looks too projected. The fifth incarnation of her should keep the backstory but take inspiration from the first two designs.
Totally agree! The backstory is fine, but she looks awful. I imagine that if they did a version of her that was like the Beating Heart Bride that might work... I honestly think her dialogue (monologue?) is a bit too in-your-face. Maybe just hold the hatchet and chuckle or whisper? The fact that the Hatbox Ghost is so amazing makes her even more out-of-place!
I've tried to stay behind and listen to them but I never hear anything. Either the guests are too noisy and its hard to hear over that or its not there. I could be wrong but I think those sounds might actually be in Phantom Manor only .
They are in the mansion in WDW. I've heard them. When I first heard them I thought they were children talking. Just hang back and if you need to ask the cast members let you stay for a second longer before she goes to get the next load of guest.
@@scottgoodman2857 yup. I’ve only been to WDW twice. I waited and heard them. The tech they use to make the voices heard around the stretching room is amazing.
There NEEDS to be a haunted mansion restaurant. That would be the most popular restaurant in the park hands down. If Pirates can have one why can’t HM !!!
I'd love to see the attic scene as it was originally envisioned before Hattie went out of comission the first time, now that he's back, reunite him with Beating Heart at last. I'd put it all back how it was supposed to go, with more updated effects for the pop up heads and scenery, swap Constance for Beating Heart again, not the initial corpse-like one but the eerie glowing eyes/uncertain expression one, put the beating sound front and center. I love the original take on the attic that suggested a story for the guest to fill in rather than the over explained Constance take.
I totally agree, Constance is too in your face about everything. She basically TELLS you "I am evil, I am telling you how evil I am. I killed my husbands because I'm evil"
@@tylermannor4290 I mean, we literally saw a hint of her kind of character in the stretching room, and I mean, yeah, she's dead, she has no reason to hide what she did anymore.
It’s definitely an interesting queue, but it’s hard to enjoy if the line is short or if it’s moving fast. Plus everyone around you is trying to do the interactive stuff as well
Jump start the Disney Ride Extended Universe by having Emily Blunt end the Jungle Cruise movie by moving to New Orleans with a ship captain she meets to get married. Just tease the start of haunted mansion for the next film.
I agree, I adore the Haunted Mansion as is, but I also think there are some wonderful ways to build on it with modern tech that would keep the same "spirit" but enhance the experience.
I would have the doom buggies breaking away after madame Leota’s scene. Maybe it would be a scene with a climax to it like in Mystic Manor with Pandora’s box, but instead of the doom buggies just going on their way they are all thrust backwards as if a ghostly blast of wind pushes them all away from Leota’s table into the darkness and when the lights come up again your doom buggy will be alone in its own area of the ride. This is where you can implement the scenes of the wax candle man and man eating plant.
Absolutely! The residents of the mansion don't actually materialize until after Madame Leota's seance, which is what brings them all out to socialize. From the 1969 'The Haunted Mansion' vinyl record, the Ghost Host tells us: "We're about to participate in a seance. Madame Leota is assembling all the spirits who have been "just dying" to meet you". After the seance the Ghost Host says: "Come now...we must leave this cozy little circle, for the spirits have received your sympathetic vibrations and are beginning to materialize".
@@PirateLeota But what we do see prior to that is possessed objects. Which is what things like the Wax Candle Man would be. We also see the shadow of a monstrous hand, a possibly possessed bird, and an obvious zombie trying to escape a coffin.
(though i must admit, the graveyard could have a few more layers of outward depth) not more things, doing things. just more depth. not in the front but the far back horizon, a few more grave stones, a few more trees, a few more thickets, maybe hills and a moon rise? "depth". as it stands currently, you can see the back wall, even with the atmosphere cheese cloth stuff..
I wish the originally store of Mr Gracey was still intact. It’s such a dark story. With all the changes, it’s so disjointed and confusing. I used to think the hanging man was just someone who was murdered to look like a suicide for no apparent reason. Also knowing that you’re actually being pushed out of the attic and into the graveyard is genuinely scary.
Glad Constance stays in your version. She's my favorite character in the mansion and I know she has a lot of mixed reactions from the fandom. I love the idea of breaking off and seeing her husbands! Also, instead of her model being a weird, janky projection, it would be awesome of Constance was an actual animatronic.
That might be a nod to the former backstory in the Ghostly Gallery book that the cast members compiled. In this, Emily was Master Gracey's second wife. She was orphaned at sixteen and, young and vulnerable, met her distant cousin George and fell for him (though some speculated he was only after her to lock down more of the family fortune). She was young and playful on their wedding day and started a game of hide-and-seek with George at the reception, hiding in a trunk in the attic. But jealous Madame Leota locked the trunk and the poor girl suffocated. This story seems to have been inspired by an old legend that showed up in two poems, Samuel Rogers' "Ginevra" and Thomas Haynes Bayly's "The Mistletoe Bough", neither of which had a jealous rival but just an unfortunately latching trunk.
@@kristenhanisch8508 the La-Da singer was a character in the graveyard who la-da-da-dum the grim grinning ghost song it was in the California mansion from 1969 to 1980s as for florida one he was there until 2007 thankfully Tokyo still has him
Personally, I really love all these ideas and think they suit the Haunted mansion perfectly. I remember I had an idea similar to yours, but with the haunted mansion holiday decor- now hear me out at least. Remember how at the beginning of the nightmare before Christmas, there were all the doors for the different holidays? Well, I thought many years ago, it would be a neat idea to go through them to see how Jack and the citizens of Halloween town would take those holidays over in Tim Burtonesque style. Of course, they'd be strange and Bizzare, yet would still be charming, and offer a glimpse of what could be if jack took over another holiday. Nevertheless, I love both Mansion(s)- overlays?- respectively and feel as if these additions would be the epitome of the haunted mansion itself.
Love your thinking!! Personally I believe that would make for a fantastic standalone attraction. I believe successful attractions don't simply retell the story. I believe this has real potential for a ride/attraction especially in the other parks where there is a lack of nightmare influence.
Thank you all for your kind replies. I had forgotten about my concept for that years and years ago. I never really thought how that would work, but it being trackless (I've had the opportunity to ride pooh's hunny hunt and Rise of the Resistance) is perfect. I love the entire freedom and wonders that designers and imagineers have with these rides, taking immersion to a whole other level. I hope that possibly in the future I could work at Disney as an imagineer. I've entirely loved Disney for all my life, and would find it amazing to be able to unleash my concepts for not only the rides, but the parks themselves too. Especially for everyone, to the casual park goes to devoted disney fans like us. I'd see to it that these concepts in this video would be implement into a haunted mansion in some form.
I've had an idea to enhance the ride for non-english-speaking or multilingual guests. Each doombuggy is equipped with a ghost-box like device that is stylized to look like something from the late 1800s to early 1900s. There would be a dial or buttons that would be used to select a language which would show on a little display/window. The device would "tune in to a spectral frequency" of a ghost narrator speaking the selected language. By default (when the buggies cycle back to the loading zone) it is set to the classic english narration. It would add a small amount of interactivity to the ride, albeit mostly utilitarian. It would probably work better in Orlando due to World's higher number of international visitors, but it would still be nice in Land, especially with the holiday overlay having more narration and giving the writers a creative challenge in adapting it while keeping the rhyme.
Been going on that ride monthly since 1969 it has really been going down in original quality and many budget cuts or pure neglect of tiny but big details to us lifers I wish all of it were brought back and repaired 110% in addition to the new features especially the attic and cemetery
My two cents: Lightweight headsets Bluetooth audio from the Doombuggy in order to enhance or fill out, add depth and immersion into the sounds. Sounds are often lost by variations in the speaker volumes or locations, at least last time I was there in 2015. But there's more! With typical 3 DOF-type sensors in the headset, the sound would focus on what you are looking at. If you want to keep head-tracking Madame Leota after you pass by on the way to the ballroom or following one of my favorites, the Singing Busts in the graveyard. The guest gets real immersion in what interests them as well as the full sound of all that goes on if not looking at any particular featured scene and in the background when "focused". As noted in other comments about the lobby and stretching room, it just seems to get noisier and noisier every day and in a trackless vehicle with (presumably) no shell as the track Doombuggy currently has, you surely get the enjoyment of hearing more of people's opinions and discussions. That kind of impolite self-centeredness can, and IMO certainly does, crash the intended experience of the Haunted Mansion. And for the final touch, Little Leota then gets the added "job" of reminding you to drop off your headset as you pass by her lest you suffer a horrible fate as the eternal "hang-in" for the Ghost Host in the Stretching Room when he needs a break - to go for a stretch, I suppose. Or would he be doing the opposite... well, anyway.
I think that the trackless idea is a cool idea in theory, but I also feel like the haunted mansion already has a person per hour problem on some days, and that would just exasperate it. I do like it though!
I feel like it would be really cool to have Dr. Facilier’s tombstone from Princess and the Frog to be hidden somewhere around or in the ride, as like a fun little Easter Egg. It would fit with the theming with New Orleans Square, since that’s where the movie takes place, especially since Splash Mountain is changing into a Princess and the Frog-themed ride!!
I'd like to see out the windows of the Haunted Mansion to the "world outside." This would actually be projection screens. For instance, at WDW we could see out the window behind the ghost trying to escape it's coffin. What do we see outside for instance? Well, we see a decrepit ghostly Liberty Square riverboat floating by filled with ghosts and beyond that Tom Sawyer's island where all the trees are dead and ghosts are there on holiday!
One spot I definitely thought you mention, is the opening backdrop when you first sit in the buggy, the space they use for Haunted Mansion Holiday, but not for regular Haunted Mansion, something definitely needs to be there.
if i got to make a change to the haunted mansion i would probably make a christmas carol version since that is what they almost did but then they picked nightmare before christmas but i just think a christmas carol haunted masion would be cool-
I think you've really outdone yourself with this video. I LOVE the idea of trackless buggies that split off into the four rooms. What a really cool idea! Haunted Mansion is also my wife and I's favorite ride (but we're in NJ so WDW is our park of choice), so this would give us even more reason to ride it over and over again. :) Our son was born in February, and we're already planning a trip for possibly 2021-2022 to WDW and can't wait to introduce him to the ride...... Even if he'll be a little on the young side!
I really like these "new" ideas. I would further say that implementing these improvements might actually be fairly easy. You have to remember in all cases the HM ride is actually in what's essentially a warehouse behind the Haunted Mansion's facade (well facade in Diseny World - Disneyland's ride is below and behind the HM building). It would be quite easy to just tear down the "interior" warehouse ride, leaving the facade part alone, and rebuilding an entirely new larger "interior" warehouse with technical modernization of the old scenes and the addition of new scenes. The only down side is that I'm sure the ride would probably be out of commission for a couple years. (PS - I agree, NO VIDEO SCREENS!)
I'd add an additional scene to the graveyard. Yes there would be the crypt with skeletons, but would also be a scene where you come to some old rusted railroad tracks. On it is a steam locomotive standing at a decrepit old station that looks like it hasn't been used in a long time. A skeleton engineer leans out of the cab at the headlight shinning down the rusted rails while a shadowy fireman stokes the fire. Behind the locomotive and coal tender is a specially designed railroad car with one large window. Inside is a coffin, telling you that this is a funeral train. A ghost of a well dressed man in late 19th clothing sits on the coffin (presumably his) talking with a group of ghostly pallbearers. The car behind it is a regular passenger car with a few ghostly passengers seated and talking, then the last car you see before you move on is a dimly lit caboose. On the back platform of the caboose stands a skeleton conductor who beckons you to come aboard with one hand and be holding a red train lantern in his other. This will be inspired by the concept art for a scene at the Phantom Manor's Phantom Canyon scene. Visit sight below for more details phantommanorlegends.wordpress.com/tag/phantom-canyon/
I think Madame Leota's parlor has to go first since it's supposedly implied that she's the one that kind of allows the ghosts and ghoulies to appear to us.
The Candle Man scene is an amazing idea and that artwork!!! wow! I love it. It would be horrifying to hear him groan and struggle to step around while splashing in himself, so great 👏🏼
one thing i always thought would be neat was having a headless horseman takeover around halloween, and save the holiday takeover for when the rest of the park is festive. if not, he could always haunt the mr. toad ride, since that was his sister film, after all.
I would definitely stay longer in madam leota's room. Circle around with the trackless once or twice vehicles so you can hear more of her incantations..
I would make it more cohesive thematically. There are clearly tiers of ghosts and effects that got more budget than the others and it makes it a jarring kind of hodgepodge. Like the Halloween section at Goodwill with all the soundmakers going at once and most of them need new batteries.
I would also add some elements from the Haunted Mansion video game like the the long hair lady that screams at you, the grim reaper, and maybe the giant gargoyle that brings back jittery little skeletons. Great video though! Love all of your ideas!
One thing I would change if I was given free reign is to make it feel more like you're actually moving through the rooms of a house. Currently the transitions between scenes does not feel like I'm exploring an actual house.
I'd make Purple Shroud a recurring character throughout the ride but have him only appear each time for a split second. Make the guests have to REALLY look to find every appearance.
@@bradbradthebrad Depending on the version and location, Purple Shroud is a wraith-like figure painted on the wall right inside the seance room. You kind of have to think to look for him since the buggies have you focusing on Leota.
personally my fix for the attic would be to just revert it to how it was before 2006 (pop up groomsmen, and the Beating Heart Bride) In addition to the Hatbox Ghost and the piano, the piano can stay
I would live to see the “museum of the weird” in its entirety as part of the walk out of the attraction. so, it would become another attraction within the attraction, after little leota.
Ooh, I love this! And although I still love the Omnimover system that Bob Gurr came up with, these "Doombuggies 2.0" would allow guests with physical needs to board and depart without causing "playful spirits" to interrupt the tour. Maybe the guests could select the door they want to explore on a given visit?
Yes!! Absolutely love those ideas!! You perfectly articulated what’s missing vs the NBC version. I love pirates and New Orleans square, but the mansion does need a bit of extra magic! Please let Disney see this and contact you!
The one minor detail that you have to take into consideration is that NO GHOSTS actually appear until after Madam Leota calls to them. The dead "zombie" in the casket doesn't count as a ghost apparition.
No joke, the gargoyles' dialogue from the Magic Kingdom version of the ride is scary as hell to me, especially the _"Get out."_ at the end. Also, something I'd love to see in the ride is a revival of the scrapped concept of someone trapped in a mirror. There was also a concept I loved from the walkthrough version where a crypt scene would feature a huge Frankenstein's Monster-type creature locked up and trying to break the bars of his cell away, it'd be cool to see this big ol' flesh golem trying to brute-force his way into the graveyard jamboree, maybe he'd do cute things that assure riders that he's not a bad monster too, like stop to smile and laugh to passers-by or go "Aww..." when he fails to break the bars. Lastly for now, I think the exit crypt should lead into a wine cellar before you leave, just cause I feel it'd be a fitting addition to the mansion--might even make the laughter you hear all the more fitting, perhaps the spirit you hear is laughing so randomly as you leave because he's had a few too many, well, _spirits._
I love it! One thing I would do differently is with the pirate ghost, I’d have him aiming a cannon at us and lighting the fuse while laughing at us, and as we flee through the door we hear a cannon blast and they give a puff of air, feeling as if we just missed getting hit by a cannonball.
I want to get rid of Constance or upgrade her. I do miss the beating heart bride and the mystery surrounding her. However I wouldn’t mind Constance getting an upgrade instead of being a projection.
I would like more time to see stuff like constance's gifts and the different ghosts in the cemetery up close. Just the little details. And I love the extra ideas for the corridor of doors especially cause some of the ideas for the walk through like the guy and his cat and the burning man sound sooo intriguing and interesting visually.

I would quite literally _sell my soul_ for a guest room that can actually be used to be added to the Haunted Mansion. Spending a night inside of my favorite WDW ride? I would die a happy person.
I don't stay at Disney resorts because they're expensive, but would pay any price for a HM inspired resort
"Haunted Harbor" tying together Pirates and the Mansion the way they deserve to be
Could you imagine?!?
They also need to fix her face projection...when you look at it compared to the Hatbox Ghost (who comes *right after* her) it just looks bad
The omnimover ride system is high capacity. Make it trackless and the capacity will drop significantly.
I’ve always thought the loading area should look like a solarium or sunroom looking out onto the property gardens, instead of just a dark void. I like that the Disney world version is a part of the house, even if it’s just a hallway.
Right and Phantom Manor has the stair case and Melanie in the loading area. Good call.
I always saw it as the mansion being so overwhelmingly haunted and so full of ghostly energy that a section of it has mostly deteriorated into an otherworldly void.
@@ElFreakinCid not a bad way to look at it.
@@slinger0083 That's because that's the intention, even the ghost host says during that part that's the entrance to the boundless world of the supernatural, the mansion is so haunted to the point that there is an actual void of limbo
Hey Offhand Please make this a series on other rides or lands like tomorrow world or fixing fantasy land or fixing New Orleans square stuff like that
I'll keep that in mind. ;)
Why would you try to fix what's already perfect? New Orleans Square needs no fixing. I mean, other than reopening Court of Angels.
Whoa whoa whoa I was just giving out ideas New Orleans squares fine as it is But like he said in the video there’s always stuff to improve on😂😂

So true 😂😂
I love everything you said except that the new Doom Buggies should be called “Doom Buggy Boo.0” instead of “2.0”

Doom Buggy 2.Boo
The Madam Leota scene should be mostly the same but with the trackless buggy you could circle around her a couple times while getting a better view of the room, with some updated effects
Yes!!! I always want to hear more of her dialogue when I pass by but the Doombuggies go too fast!
I’ll be honest, I have never heard the gargoyles talk when I go on the Haunted Mansion, not even on my recent trip
I didnt even know they talked
@@scottgoodman2857 yup. I’ve only been to WDW twice. I waited and heard them. The tech they use to make the voices heard around the stretching room is amazing.

There NEEDS to be a haunted mansion restaurant. That would be the most popular restaurant in the park hands down. If Pirates can have one why can’t HM !!!
They could serve I Scream for dessert.
I would love the interactive queue that they have in Florida to be brought over to California. I've never been but augh, it looks like so much fun.
No, it takes up so much space and is an eyesore!
It’s definitely an interesting queue, but it’s hard to enjoy if the line is short or if it’s moving fast. Plus everyone around you is trying to do the interactive stuff as well
It kind of kills the way the attraction unfolds.
Jump start the Disney Ride Extended Universe by having Emily Blunt end the Jungle Cruise movie by moving to New Orleans with a ship captain she meets to get married. Just tease the start of haunted mansion for the next film.
Yeeeeeees😍😍😍😍😍
The idea to split the Doom Buggies up in the Corridor of Doors is gold.
I agree, I adore the Haunted Mansion as is, but I also think there are some wonderful ways to build on it with modern tech that would keep the same "spirit" but enhance the experience.
"spirit." i saw what you did there.
This comment needs more likes. That is a BRILLIANT idea! Well done!
@@PirateLeota But what we do see prior to that is possessed objects. Which is what things like the Wax Candle Man would be. We also see the shadow of a monstrous hand, a possibly possessed bird, and an obvious zombie trying to escape a coffin.
The gargoyles would have to say "lets stay 6 feet apart"
They should say "let's stay 6 feet down".
Simple, add a Eddie Murphy animatronic, replace the ghost host with Eddie Murphy, add cheap open house theming so lackluster you would miss it.
And an echo of "evers and evers real estate"! From time to time
Dang. The open house theming got me.

Title: How to FIX the Haunted Mansion
Me: Impossible
(though i must admit, the graveyard could have a few more layers of outward depth) not more things, doing things. just more depth. not in the front but the far back horizon, a few more grave stones, a few more trees, a few more thickets, maybe hills and a moon rise? "depth". as it stands currently, you can see the back wall, even with the atmosphere cheese cloth stuff..
Completely agree
I wish the originally store of Mr Gracey was still intact. It’s such a dark story. With all the changes, it’s so disjointed and confusing. I used to think the hanging man was just someone who was murdered to look like a suicide for no apparent reason. Also knowing that you’re actually being pushed out of the attic and into the graveyard is genuinely scary.
You're not being pushed out. That's part of a frankly baseless fan theory that your character dies during the tour.
I’d “feed” the caretakers dog. Puppers so scared and emaciated it always makes me kinda sad.
LOL Doggo really needs a treat.
Probably should have labeled it as 'Enhanced' or 'Improved' so you didn't have to repeat yourself. XD
You know what, I probably should have.
The Haunted Mansion: Under New Management
Glad Constance stays in your version. She's my favorite character in the mansion and I know she has a lot of mixed reactions from the fandom. I love the idea of breaking off and seeing her husbands! Also, instead of her model being a weird, janky projection, it would be awesome of Constance was an actual animatronic.
yes, Plus.. She's one ghost that i think goes by too quickly. It would more effective to approach her from more of a distance.
They need to make her fully animatronic and ditch the projection then.
Child me was fascinated with the fact that one of the former bride scenes had her dress poking out from a trunk to imply her body was in it
That might be a nod to the former backstory in the Ghostly Gallery book that the cast members compiled.
To fix haunted mansion they need to bring back the beating heart bride the pop up ghosts and find a way to get the la da singer back into the us rides

You should look into being an imagineer
I’d like that wax man feature. I’ve always felt that more could be bone with Madam Leota’s room.
In the Princess and the Frog movie, you can actually see Madame Leota's tombstone during a scene in a graveyard.
i actually really really like the breaking away in the corridors of doors into 4 different scenes 👀
I heard at one point they were going to have a restaurant inside the ride similar to Blue Bayou. I'd love to see that happen.
The art for the man eating plant would be a badass tattoo
I clicked on this just to see what you thought needed fixing, lol. This was such a great video! I'd love a part II.
One spot I definitely thought you mention, is the opening backdrop when you first sit in the buggy, the space they use for Haunted Mansion Holiday, but not for regular Haunted Mansion, something definitely needs to be there.
if i got to make a change to the haunted mansion i would probably make a christmas carol version since that is what they almost did but then they picked nightmare before christmas but i just think a christmas carol haunted masion would be cool-
They should do it one year to test it out
I think you've really outdone yourself with this video.
This will kill the capacity of the mansion. Expect huge wait times.
Endless Staircase, ya say?
Are the ghosts doing BLJ’s up there?
We look up and just see this little plumber ghost jittering around and letting out a glitched-sounding endless "yahoo"
Visit sight below for more details
phantommanorlegends.wordpress.com/tag/phantom-canyon/
I think Madame Leota's parlor has to go first since it's supposedly implied that she's the one that kind of allows the ghosts and ghoulies to appear to us.
The Candle Man scene is an amazing idea and that artwork!!! wow! I love it. It would be horrifying to hear him groan and struggle to step around while splashing in himself, so great 👏🏼
one thing i always thought would be neat was having a headless horseman takeover around halloween, and save the holiday takeover for when the rest of the park is festive. if not, he could always haunt the mr. toad ride, since that was his sister film, after all.
Dude ive been going threw some crazy depression stuff because of covid. And I just wanted to say Thank You for these videos. They make me so happy!
I would definitely stay longer in madam leota's room. Circle around with the trackless once or twice vehicles so you can hear more of her incantations..
Why not add a room with "all" of the brides having a tea party?
wdym "all" of the brides? there is only 1 bride
or all the headless husbands.
@@Mustacheshake1 Mélanie, Constance and Emily
Who is purple shroud?
@@bradbradthebrad Depending on the version and location, Purple Shroud is a wraith-like figure painted on the wall right inside the seance room. You kind of have to think to look for him since the buggies have you focusing on Leota.
personally my fix for the attic would be to just revert it to how it was before 2006 (pop up groomsmen, and the Beating Heart Bride) In addition to the Hatbox Ghost and the piano, the piano can stay
I would love if it was longer. I love the ideas.

Eddie Murphy is the answer to all our problems
Oh Michael... you're such a cut-up!
Stop criminal, you have violated the law.
No Michael
You would say that, Mr. Eisner
Wise words from a presumably wise man.
Oooh yeah I miss the old bride, I liked the story/mystery that surrounded her better

Phantom Manor is a far darker and more gothic version, it satisfies my needs for a more “grown up” version. Still not SCARY, but there’s no jokey ghosts, no cheesy puns. It’s got Vincent Price, haunting music and a town full of undead cowboys, and I love it!
Even more interesting is that the facade seems like it was inspired by earlier design concepts for Disneyland's Haunted Manson.
@@tidepoolclipper8657 It’s definitely a more traditional haunted house/horror facade design, it reminds me of the Addams Family house, or the original Bates Hotel from Psycho.
