The dialogue in this segment is impeccable- if not downright juicy. The banter is exquisite.

I disagree on the intelligence part. To me intelligence includes wisdom and sarcastic fools severely lack wisdom. There is no wise or well understood application of knowledge for the improvement of self or mankind. Sarcasm is a key indicator of Narcism. It is best to not give an ear to their stupidity, it inflates their fallacy.

@@ej119 Precisely. It is merely speaking of things people do not truly mean, as some form of cleverness or humor. It is as if inauthenticity is considered to be comedy, and that is a joke in itself.
Sarcasm truly is the poor man's wit.
The cunning have all the desire to be sarcastic. It is because they lack the mental capacity necessary(of whuch can be learned with patience and humility, but is often dismissed and undervalued by those poor in mind) to understand what grand wisdom lies within the subtlety of words not spiced with egoic flare.
An empty boasting of Intelligence, hollow as a fallen tree slowly decaying on the ground for decades, if not in shorter time. Poorer than a homeless beggar.

@@ej119 depends on how good you are at sarcasm. if you like to think you're good at it you're probably not.
if executed properly you can knock somebody's dick in the dirt.
