- Court is back in session for the 74th day in the trial of Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants in Atlanta.
Recently, the trial has centered around the 2015 shooting of Lil Wayne's tour bus after the rapper made an appearance at an Atlanta nightclub. Today, the defense is expected to continue cross-examination of a main investigator in the YSL case and who was present at the nightclub the night of the bus shooting.

I mean ANYBODY can put cash in an envelope and put a sticker on it with any date on it. YOU got nothing!! And you know it but YOU are going to take away these youngs mens lives? Mrs. Love head of the prosecution team as a former gang investigator is unheard of. No wonder their are missing files and discovery smdh.
It just seems like they can’t ask anything without it being turned down and sustained after prosecution objection.
Watching prosecutorial misconduct on live TV is crazy smh and the 1st 2nd 4th 5th and 6th amendment violations, insane!
1et Amendment is freedom of speech and religion
2nd the right to bear arms
4th amendment rights to be free from search and seizure
5th amendment is the double jeopardy clause and the right from self incrimination
6th amendment is the right to counsel and jury of your peers
Not to mention judicial misconduct conduct as well as bias
Not to mention The 10 Commandments
I don’t think many constitutional rights would apply in proceedings outside of the 5th and 6th amendment. Even the 6th amendment is often only raised on appeal. Most rights will fall subject to other rules and regulations (ex: Federal Rules of Evidence).

Found out Mrs. Love was head of the gang unit at one point during this investigation. Should be a conflict of interest if she's trying people as a prosecutor in the cases she was helping investigate. Now I see why Steel brought that Motion to disqualify Mrs. Love for testifying.

Where are the reports from the investigation!! Presenting the envelope only proves that J.Winfrey, who was convicted and is serving or served time for the lil wayne bus shooting, tried to bribe him, and he did not charge him for it.

Man, how would he know any of that. Man, about to take a break from this trial. Straight circus! They got me questioning their credentials. Never seen this zoo before in any courtroom other than Law and Order. Transfer the trial to Ohio probably be over a lot quicker. The circus site wouldn’t be in the courtroom.

I watch a LOT of court cases and I've never seen a trial where both prosecution and defense are horrible. They are both objection crazy and they have both lost focus. Prosecutor always bringing in things late, defense always saying they haven't gotten things, when they have. Prosecution only bringing up past cases for other people. And, I'm sorry, but since when does being famous prevent you from being able to commit crimes?! Defense is trying to sell the music. Must be getting a cut. That jury has got to be over it!

A statement made can not b÷ judged accurately unless it is played in the whole context.

Prosecutors are all over the place.
Here's the basic problem. And it undermines the entire justice system. Cases are not carried forward under merit og guilt bur under can we win a conviction or can we impoverish a person in leagl fees. Then instead of the prosecution working for truth they just want a win in one of these categories. Why to further their positioning their personal gaine. The attitude of even if we lose we win. There is no fear of retribution for them.
That was the same I was feeling and it's sad because everyone has a past and most of them have changed so if they didn't kill anyone statues are up

Its crazy how wen the defense has an objection he answers them with a nasty tone and a nasty face to then ask whats your objection. i dont get why the lawyers cant do something about this Judge. MS. Love has already found her string with the judge AND iTS "JUDGE I" ........ even when there's nothing to defend that small line "Judge I" gets him to over-rule a lot of stuff She has a tactic.. He and her has an understanding if she can clap back with a legit defense to their objections hell let her slide notice the times she studders and gets caught up he overrules. which is not often. She is very good at what she does. Judge knows it!
Ask yourself, why these young Christian men were walking around with AKs? What if a stray would have hit your mother, grandmother, sister, wife or loved ones. Let the trial do the “ trialing” and just falls where it may😔
But the issue and trial is about Young Thug running this so-called criminal enterprise, yet, so far, there has been little to no evidence put forth showing Thug is telling them to do any of these things. So far, all we’ve seen is a bunch of not-so-smart thugs, who he happens to know, running around committing crimes.
