WATCH The Dramatic Moment A Russian Apartment Block Is Struck By Missile

This is the moment a ten-storey apartment block dramatically collapsed to the ground in the Belgorod region of Russia, near the border with Ukraine.
Russian authorities blame Kyiv for the attack, which they called a ‘terrorist attack on residential areas’.
They say it was struck by a Soviet-era missile, which was shot down by Russian forces.
It is one of the deadliest attacks to hit the Russian side of the border since its invasion of Ukraine.
At least 15 people were killed and 27 wounded.
Three more were killed in separate rounds of shelling elsewhere in the city.
The rest of the building is still at high risk of collapse.
Residents have been evacuated, but are being allowed into the building one at a time to collect important items.
The Ukrainian authorities have not yet commented on the attack.

@@Thecopedealer No I asked OP for source that it was an inside job. FSB did 1999 apartment bombings so its not impossible but I wouldn't see the point of doing this so I assume it was probably Ukrainian.

I am entirely suspicious of what type of attack that was.
The building looked like it collapsed like paper cup.
The only thing close to what I have seen was a building destroyed by an Earthquake as it achieved resonance with the building materials so occilated wildly and collapsed like a pyramid of cards.

Nothing suspicious. No corruption or siphoning of Russsian money to Putin and his corrupt friends in Moscow and St Petersburg. Well made building just like the Russian damns.
