Of course Allah knows best. And to be safe than sorry then there should be know scholarly opinion on any part of Islam so do you do you think it’s a better idea to cancel all scholars and take it directly from Quran and hadees? Any way it’s your personal opinion and you can follow what ever you feel better in terms of understanding the the Law, at the same time you think deeper as Allah instructed so when you do that world is open for you to choose because Allah make our dheen easy for us.

he is referring to ppl like you who do not trust the scholars.... then why do we have scholars, just shut down all the Madarsas and Islamic schools, and you do you own findings from Quran and sunnah.... like first find where it is written in the quran to do 5 salahs, and then find how many rakats are in those salahs, and then find in quran the sunnas and then how to pray on and on.... just reinvent the wheel... muslims respect the Doctors more than scholars, they dont listen to scholars, but they listen to their doctors and lawyers' advice more.

Here in the UK we now have an alternative:
Degree apprenticeships - where an employer pays for the degree and also gives you a well paid job at the same time from the age of 18.
So traditional university route is becoming outdated very quickly.
May Allah bring this to other countries and help us to get onto these programs.

We have to analyze the merit of blanket entry to any (expensive) college or university and the study any (especially low paying in the job world) subject. We also have to be realistic about how of much we do is based on community and family pressure and perception as well. Attending a community college and transferring to a lower cost college university should be looked at. I know parents who get somewhat "menial" jobs at universities so their kids can get deeply discounted educations. Professions and technical trades that pay well and even better than many degree studies should not be overlooked. Many retail corporations pay for tuition or partial tuition for their workers as well. Employers sometimes pay the post-graduate degree for its workers as well. There are ways to avoid what many are running headlong in to without care or concern.

A lot of people in the United States, who make good money and could pay back student loans in full, intentionally choose not to pay that back, because the gains from the borrowed money (due to inflation and investment income) is more than the loss of student loan interest.
So, it’s the lenders losing out financially.

In the meantime, here's my question:
I often get passengers transporting alcohol in my cab; do I refuse service to them or not? I don't allow drinking or open bottles in the cab, but what about people transporting it? Sometimes it's just a bottle in their hand on the way to a restaurant, sometimes it's in their shopping bag with the rest of their shopping and other times it's transporting boxes full of it from bar to bar. The last situation is one I am usually unaware of as obviously I wouldn't check what's in their boxes.

I have a question. For a student in a country like India, where quality education is expensive, and the youth who are degree holders have no job, how is one supposed to pay for the education? I'm a student who couldn't qualify in NEET, so I joined a university where the fee is above 10 lakh INR for the degree I have chosen. Currently, I have paid it through lending money via loans from a normal bank, and the interest rate is about 10 percent per annum.
What do I do? My father is ready to pay for the degree, but I don't want him to pay for it when he is struggling to make ends meet. I could hone my skills and start working as a freelancer, that's the only way I see to pay the fee., but I don't know how far will it be feasible.

  • @MuhammadKhan-mr7hq
    @MuhammadKhan-mr7hq Год назад +2

Very interesting What was the point of making things Haram when these could be made Halal due pressures, needs, difficulties, circumstances etc
I was not a practicing Muslim till 2010 when I started learning about Deen including listening to you Dr Asrar Ahmed Dr Farhat Hashmi Zakir Nayak Nauman Ali Khan and lately Ghamdi
In 2012 sold our big and beautiful house which was on Riba and since living in a very small rented property stopped business finance from bank that spiralled down the business to point of shutting it down with in 2015
Last car on finance was in 2009 and still driving that car today to avoid Riba 45:21
If I had applied the philosophy of Zaroorah or Haajah I could have continued on living in our Riba house and who knows could have easily paid it off by now and could have saved the business as well be driving a late model car
We decided things on the learnings from Quran and Sunnah and now feel cheated that there were Fatawahs that could have saved our house and our business
Just to let you know I am a mechanical engineer with an MBA from Melbourne University with 16 years corporate work experience and 19 years in business only 7 years into business when decided to cut down on banks and survived last 12 years in business by Allah not bank
Though living in a rented house on land size same as the front yard of the previously so called our house on riba and driving a 13 year old car not on riba and business with not a single dollar from bank but with equity shareholding with my share as little as 20% I show people example of how “If you leave things for Allah then Allah never leaves you”
Why is it that we mellow down only the “Haram” ruling from Allah on finances by Fatawah and not on the “Haram” ruling of alcohol, Zina, Gheeba, pork etc May be because money talks
Are we trying to tell Allah didn’t know the severe implication of the modern day capitalism that he clearly ruled out Riba
It’s just that the tests have become harsher especially in the western where good life is sought more than anything else and finance play a major role in achieving and maintaining a good worldly life

Expressing grief, the fatwa of Yasir Qazi is student loans halal!!! 🇲🇻 our professor Ibrahim Zakaria Musa's fatwa is that it is permissible to take a loan for business after study! By the grace of Allah, the body language of some elders hindered this teaching!!! Dr. Nasrullah Mustafa, who was involved in this lecture, apologized and requested the public not to share about this teaching‼️ 💔

Assalamualaikum, yes atTabaraani in al- Awsat and it is saheeh. There enough in the Quran to keep one at bay. In surah al Baqarah ayat 275 Allah says "Those who devour usury will not stand except as stand one whom the evil one has driven to madness by his touch..." that's just one reference. Many time it's not that we do not know it's wrong but our ego, this want to be seen and recognized lead us astray. The Prophet (SAS) "a time will come when people will consume usury, and whoever does not consume it will be affected by its dust" Musnad Ahmad. Riba is one of the worst types of slavery, and that is why people commit suicide because of it May Allah guide us to His obedience. Ameen

Never choose the life of this world over seeing the face of Allah. There are 22 varieties of Riba and the least of them is equal to sleeping with your mother. There is no excuse in committing this sin and It is the last command and warning of Allah to mankind. It will only bring you fitna
Who ever wants to Allow this must be ready to HAVE the curse of the prophet Muhammad saw upon you.
