Amazing video brother, we are waiting for other places like Al Jada. This is motivation for me to keep grinding and leaving the rest for Allah swt so I can live in a place where being Muslim isn’t stranger and the society dont against your believes or promote things are very dangerous for the kids etc. Brother we want you to be active here you have already sold me to move to Sharjah Insha Allah. More videos about the city, shops, restaurants, parks, cafes, mosques, sporty places, grocery stores etc. May Allah reward you and protect you and your family

Brother please show town houses to purchase. Some of us in the UK don’t have high budgets. So we would like something affordable to purchase. And the touch of the adhaan in the end was perfect ending to a lovely video, may Allah swt reward you.
What I have noticed about looking at UAE real estate is the design quality for housing in the UAE is very cheap, old and out dated while trying to look modern. Between the 150k -350K range rentals in a small community built on small blocks of land, small rooms within rooms, wooden wardrobe doors no mirrors, no open style living/kitchen, no pool, no spa, no sauna, no purposeful outdoor living/entertaining area just some fake grass, no flow considered to the layout of the dwelling.
@elafzal5866 when he is driving outside the communities idk reminds me of lahore especially how nothing is developed just one apartment block many lahore developing societies are like that rn. Islamabad ye or the new modern pakistani houses.
Which area is for forginer and can buy by installment.. In sharjac. Nice royal area, bot around 1 M down payment for villa, and then rest by installment?🎉
Asc wr wb great video! I’m curious though, what is life actually like in the gated communities? Do the kids play together? Do neighbours interact? Do u see people walking on the streets compared to other places which are more quiet and has more motorways? Would u call it a proper community or are people reserved and to themselves? If you could maybe get your wives perspective too and share that on her behalf that would be very beneficial for us sisters. Jazakallah kheyre much appreciated too
وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته, Depends on the community, Al Zahia has children playing out together, the ladies have WhatsApp groups and meet up etc Ultimately I would say it comes down to you, if you are sociable and put yourself out there you’ll get the same in return, on the flip side if you prefer keeping yourself to yourself you can do that too and no one will bother you, Hope that helps
There are many other communities like this which are cheaper, will be showing them soon, this one is in extreme demand due to the location with very little supply hence the crazy prices
Brother, this is super nice to see. JazaakAllaahu khayran. Greetings from Makkah by the way :). I am watching these videos in case of a plan B :). And habeebna, which areas would you say has the most practicing people living in Sharjah and Dubai?
@@AbubakrTheMusaafir Jazaakallaahu khayran for the response habeebna. I know the UAE alhamdulilaah quite well, as I had to be there for work very often. The surroundings of Khan and Majaz were quite touristy for me (quite a lot of Russian not so well dressed tourists). But I hear so many western brothers talk about Sharjah so I was wondering where they decided to 'get together' :). BaarakAllaahu habeebna and may Allah keep you in the lands of the Muslims.
Asslamualakum Ahki, i was wondering is hijra to the UAE welcoming to Black Brothers? in many of the videos i don't really see anyone of dark skin color, would i be fine over there?
This looks horrible compared to our villa in Riqa street in Sharjah. I was born in Sharjah and lived there until I was 15 years old before migrating out of UAE 25 years ago and I assure you this is worse than the servant bedrooms we had outside of the villa in the yard.
Yes and as mentioned even this price is very high as it’s the only one available in the community, it’s 250,000 AED per year when usually they’re around 150,000 AED per year

Great work, I’ll be visiting soon for investment InShaaAllah
Just moved to Sharjah, thoughts on Sustainable City? Al Zahia looks great.

The material and size of the other bedrooms are not good.

Out of curiosity: why rent if you can also buy? I mean in the west we have the issue of riba, but I guess they have halal mortgages there?
Salam bro...plz do.more such vidoes..
Assalaamu alaykum warahmatullah, na’am, please do more videos like this of communities and homes in Sharjah bi’ithnillah, jazakAllahu khayran
تبارك الله الله يحفظك يا اخي
neighbors can look right through everything
not that what i would look for
a more insolated villa is the way to go i guess
I put up draperies of course
Numbers sounds abit off. 150 k AED is about 30 k gbp . 250 k AED is 51 k?
Can you post a video about Al mamsha community sharjah (pros/cons/price/amenities)
Inshallah coming soon
Salam who can I reach out to in order to discuss the home purchase?
Awesome brother
Great content 👏🏾 Maashaa Allah
JazakaAllah khairan ❤🎉
Please give details of the service charges

Al Zahia has a big practicing community, Muwaileh too, most of Sharjah is quite conservative tbh

Theres alot of different communities there like east african n west african in some areas they have stores n restaurants
Brother which location is that n price plz
Are these prices pounds or dirham. Thanks
Dirhams
Brother, what about Dubai. Can you do a video in dubai apartments.
I recommend Sharjah 😊😅
This looks horrible compared to our villa in Riqa street in Sharjah. I was born in Sharjah and lived there until I was 15 years old before migrating out of UAE 25 years ago and I assure you this is worse than the servant bedrooms we had outside of the villa in the yard.
Love it akhi جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْرًا
can you do dubai communities as well?
As Salam alay Kum akhi I didn’t even know u had your own channel. Allah humma barik
Wa’alaikumussalam my big bro! Just set it up recently alhamdulillah, hope everything is well with you and your family ❤️
I didn’t understand the price to rent. It’s 250,000 dirhams per month to rent?
Per year
@@AbubakrTheMusaafir Barak Allahu feekum
I saw you passing near sh Rashid mosque
Brother, the first property you showed us is 250 000 AED a year?
Yeah 🥴, it’s the only one available in the entire community so quite expense, similar ones are usually around 150k
Is there only 1 masjid? Can u hear the adhan around this whole area?
I’d like to know the answer to this question also.
as a foreigner can you buy in freehold property in Sharjah?
Yes, check @ansaarproperties on Instagram for ways to purchase in instalments with no riba
250 000 dirhams for what a year ?
Yes
Rents in uae are skyrocketing
Very expensive. This is more luxury living right ?
Yes and as mentioned even this price is very high as it’s the only one available in the community, it’s 250,000 AED per year when usually they’re around 150,000 AED per year
Are there any scholars around this community?
Probably not. Just a bunch of rich guys
whats the average rent for a 3 bedroom townhouse akhi?
Depends on the location but from 85k - 130k aed for a new build in these types of communities
@@AbubakrTheMusaafir for the year akhi?
Yes bro
Al Zahia is way too overpriced for what it is, and they ask you to pay extra to use the amenities
Given the location I can’t lie I understand the price, many cheaper options further out but there’s a reason why this community is always full
hi, could you please share the cost for the extra ameneties for example as I was planning to find a place in this community
So if someone would buy the villa it would be rented out for minimum 4000€ euros per month akhi? @@AbubakrTheMusaafir
It's just a demand and supply, in terms of quality It's one of the best in sharjah, but yeah the prices are very high
Poor camera work; jerks and variable speed of movement.
All is cash base payment

you need to improve your video skills it was like watching a formular one too fast
So after villa in UAE 🇦🇪, what are the rights of one so called Resident 🤨🤨 or is it a Zombie lifestyle 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Overpriced, not worth it, the inside is depressing, horrible finishing.
250k aed in rent to like in a sand box. No thank you.
