    Historically, Dilios (the one spartan that survived by his King's Order) has a tragic end while following orders because he was known to be a great storyteller and still his honor was questioned for leaving his King. The counter offensive, spurred by his tale, had Herodotus write that Dilios was the bravest fighter as he leapt from the phalanx in berserker-like fashion to regain his honor (and ultimately dying but not before killing countless in his way).

    I swear, Natalie Gold and her cynicism gets old as hell. "What's up with that double zoom?" She does that kind of thing EVERY video, little denigrating nitpicks like that. She wasn't like that early on and I enjoyed her content, but now I think it's time to unsub.

    • @iReiGNxx
      @iReiGNxx 3 дня назад +2

      Yeah, I noticed she’s become a lot more critical of simple filmmaking choices. She’s entitled to her opinions and all, but it does make her reactions less enjoyable. I wonder what changed.

    • @devJOE-Man
      @devJOE-Man 3 дня назад

      @@iReiGNxxI think the more movies she watches the more observant she has become. It’s like she is subconsciously not just watching movies for “enjoyment” but actually studying them. Which is impressive if you think about it. Noticing little details that filmmakers and movie critics pick out in film production. Normally people just consume movies like candy but she seems to be “subconsciously “ actually learning and seeing the pros and cons in movies and not just getting carried away by emotions. Probably why the masses love this movie but filmmakers look at its production and dialogue and are like “Meh”
