My transition from high school to college wasn't, because I struggled a lot with time management during my 1st semester, since I would do HW for my other classes, and then I would leave one assignment for other undone. , and then I felt burnt out, even through I was go with time management in high school. But MY second semester is going better now, since I already went through all that.I still have faith in God,and believe myself in order to going even through it's hard both physically, and mentally, since I also work a part time job .I'M not going to stop until I get my associates from BCC in 2024 mamba mentality. Then transferring to CCNY for my bachelors degree.
@@amarradanielle Thank you so much AmarraDanielle for the good advice, and God bless you.I like how in your videos you're just being you're self.I'M going to keep going until the wheels fall off, because I worked so hard to not give up now, and I still have faith in God.I'M going to be the first person to graduate from college.I've also being watching a TV show called Grown ish that's taught me a Lot a about college/adult hood, and it's about you make of it.I've also being watching Grown, since high school, and I'M still on season 5.I'M sad that season 6 is going to be the last season, and it's coming to end. It's only two more years for my Bachelors degree, and I will be graduating in 2026 from CCNY.Last week was my birthday, and I'M 21 now.I poped some bottles.

I still talk to friends from high school, and I ran into my friend Steven on 6 train two months.During my senior of high school I went Puerto Rico, and I went to clean up a school that had been closed down for 5 years to due to hurricane Maria.Picking up trash, and cleaning classrooms/painting. It was great experience, because I got to help my fellow latino brothers, and sisters back on the island of Puerto Rico, since I'M Dominican/Puerto Rican.I just love the food, and culture/music some of my favorite artist like Bad Bunny, and Daddy Yankee, and they have beautiful women.I got to learn how to make mofongo, and it was great.I also went to the beach, and stayed at 5 star hotel.I also got to learn about native ancestors, and the history of the Puerto Rico.I got to know the people/ see how they live, and it made me be grateful for everything that I have.I saw some issue in Puerto Rico that made want to advocate for in the U.S.

I just visited and at least that day the “high school musical feel” felt soooo real like even the dining hall is literally just like the cafeteria in high school musical 😭
Awesome video. My daughter is attending Fall '24 as a Marketing major. How do you get around outside of the campus? How accessible is public transportation to get to Manhattan? What's the social life outside of the campus like nearby hang-out spots for students?
public transportation is very accessible! there’s a few bus stop that are like right outside the gates and can take you to the subway and the uni also has a shuttle bus :) and near by hang out spots are more like the restaurants and cafe’s that are around but there’s always events that they do on campus
Why have I went to the common app and I see they literally have everything including the personal essay as optional😭 like that’s so scary cause what are they even looking for??
Ahh I’m an incoming freshman so I’m happy u gave such positive feedback
Ahhh thanks so much! I'm excited for you!
Go luck bro, and I hope you have a great experience at SJU.
I am glad that you have such a great outlook on college especially your personal college life right now
MY QUEEN CHRISTEL!! I LOVE YOU ❤️

I’m not interested in rushing so I was curious if there is like house parties or bars that people go to?
There’s usually houses off campus that people go to!
Are their frats
Yes!
