No one said that this piece of work is Arabic. It's just an orchestra performing music because that's what orchestras do.
Hijaz maqam from hijaz arab in Saudi Arabia then to iraq, syria, andalucia , not Turish، Rather, your Turkish music is based on Arabic music, often Hijazi, so do not steal what is not yours. You do not have a culture, and your culture is merely the cultural diversity of Arab, Persian, Kurdish, and Greek.

This is a masterpiece of Lavtacı Andon who is a composer of Classical Turkish Music, but the orchestra messed it up.
This was so beautiful. I think this is seven beats per bar but it's quite fast. fast How is it traditionally counted for this music? Would love to know.
