I love to see how far this channel has freaking come
Nice build
Wow great video and one day I would love to build this for myself. I mean it's only $2000 looks great and has everything I would need. Overall great PC great video 😁👍
Only 2000 💀
@@najibhussein7651 brokie
Does that nzxt kraken come with lights or did u get the rgb one?
ha, slide the case into the motherboard, i love it 😂😂
Nice video, love the build. Can you make a 1200 build that is good for work (like CAD or SolidWorks), streaming, and gaming? Hopefully with AM5 build. Hope you can read my comment. 🙏
Do i need thermal paste for the cpu cooler?
Is the 7900 xtx actually faster than the 4090 in apex? That doesn’t seem right. I play apex at 4K with a 4090 with an i9 13900k and I get around 270 fps
I followed multiple guides and did everything shown in this video yet the little screen on the cooler isnt turning on so my cpu keeps overheating from the start its on a 100C° after just 1 minute what do i do? I cant find any solution on the internet
Very excited to watch. Currently trying to decide between 7800xt and 7900xt to pair with the 7800x3d I got on prime day.
7900 xt is a better option for that CPU.
Just go for the strongest card that you can afford.
The 7800x3d should be able to handle the most powerful gpu available right now (rtx 4090)
@@unpackedwolf5557 Yeah that was my plan. When I originally started the build, I planned to use a 7800xt, and have already built the systems (one for me one for my wife) outside of the GPU, which is now why I am worried. I put in 750 watt PSUs and I worry that they wouldn't be enough to go above a 7800.
I got the 7900xtx and the 7800x3d verrryy good
@@The_Chxmist i would love to spring for the xtx but i am worried my 750 psu wont be up to running it
I know you posted a couple videos but its been a good while since you posted a 7900xtx build, curious to see if any core components have changed over time in the current state of this market especially with Black friday right around the corner. Going to make a 7900XTX, 7800X3D white-themed RGB build in the Hyte Y60 case
I'm going for a white h6 flow i7 14700kf with 7900 gre
literally building an am5 gaming pc with that gpu and mobo in like 3 hours so I'm surprised this video popped up in my feed
I'll be building my first pc soon and your videos have been amazing to learn from. Can I ask, if you want to install more than 6 case fans and your case fans come with a 6 fan hub (I want to install 8 lain li fans into my phantecs nv5 case) when you daisy chain some fans together do those only count for 1 slot on your fan hub?
yes
Hi is this motherboard MPG X670E CARBON WIFI suitable for this build ?
Can u put atx motherboard on a case h6?
I hope i get that gen 5 drive
It would look amazing with the LianLi uni fans
Gives me 011 vibes for some reason
Is the glass tint different on the back rgb and non rgb?
@@Mayhemz.95 no idea at all as I have an O11 Dynamic XL with LianLi Rgb uni fans
I really like this case a lot but I’m confused about the 140mm fans at the bottom I think it would’ve looked better if you could fit 3 120mm fans it looks like there is room
Even if there’s room there’s no screw holes on the bottom for 120 mm fans which is my only gripe but not the biggest deal.
I despise his accent with all my life but love his builds 😂.
I just finished a similar build. I got fans on but not spinning how did you fix yours at the end?
I think he plugged the case fan hub to the motherboard.
wait i have checked the cooler master this monitor just support amd freesync
will the nzxt kraken 360 cooler work on this? pcpartpicker says it isnt compatible
i noticed that too. it was compatible like a week ago but yesterday i noticed it said it wasnt. the reason i came back to this video was to confirm i wasnt imagining things. since he fit it in the case no problem, I assume its a mistake on pcpartpickers end.
GeekaWhat, when we getting the "night time" montage!???
But the 2 bottom ones if they had 120mm support would be horribly inefficient as the already low access of air would cause the air to be drawn through the gaps and just recycle the same air.
I’m currently in college and do a good amount of studying and planning on building a pc. I’m really new to the scene. I’m planning on gaming around 3-5 hours depending on my workload for school. Should I go for 7800x3d or i7-14700k?
Personally I would go for Intel if I'm getting a nvidia graphics card but if your getting an amd graphics card go for the amd cpu as well for best performance out of your components
@@BondyOTthanks! Yeah I’m probably going for the 7900xtx since the 4080 is way more expensive .
For gaming I would go 7800x3d. If you are in school for any sort of coding (software eng etc) it still probably wont matter until later years, but you might be more inclined to buy a 7900x.
Can i cool a ryzen 7800x3d?
Its crazy that in my country 7700x and 7800x3d are basically the same price 😅 one is 320euros and other is 330euros lol
Hi there I was wondering if I can install Corsair Rgb fans instead
Yes, but this might be a little late
Keep up the good work ❤but can you find me a perfect laptop for software development ghe laptop must have a i7 atleast 6 gb v ram and 16gb ram plz 🙏 😅
I got a 3080 rtx with a i5 9600k i got a massive bottle neck . What cpu should i buy for gaming and streaming =?
I5 13600k
Hello I have a question do you need a hard drive ? Because in every build that I watch I don’t see any
the ssd he installs in the motherboard is the faster storage alternative to a hard drive. :)
I'm building a 14700K, Asus Rog Strix z690 Gaming E (z790 was overpriced and not much benefit over z690) 32 gb Corsair 6400 MHZ DDR, and 3 M2 drives Gen 4 Crucial 2 TB each, plus the Kraken Elite 360. Will keep my current 2 years old 3070 and will wait for next GEN GPUs. Upgrading from a Ryzen 7 1700
Bro get a 7800 xt and u r get , I build my first pc last year with 7700x and 7800 xt totally worth the 💰
@@chnik9167800xt didn’t exist last year
U mkssed out what ddr the ram is , is it ddr4 or 5
@@chnik916 Yes, it is an option, before the 3070 which I bought 2 years ago, I had a RX580 8 GB and It was pretty good, served me like for 4 years. I'll wait for next gen of Vid cards..... and to be honest I really like the 7900 XTX (the one from Sapphire)
@@0ptic.I bought 32gb GSkill DDR5 6400 CL 32
I got a sub $2k 7900xtx, 7800x3d, 32gb ddr5, TUF a620m plus Wi-Fi, 2tb of gen 3 pcie m.2 a thermalright frozen prism argb and a cooler master q300l
(Smaaaallll case (mAtx case) the 7900xtx is a little bit for it you have you tilt it to get it in but it fits) it was $1800 works wonderful
No you didn't.
@@0thers1d3 I did
I spent $2200 on the pc, mouse, keyboard and a 4k 34in ultra wide monitor, headset, tool kit mouse pad, and thermal paste
gotta get them prime day/Black Friday/cyber Monday deals my 7900xtx was only $890 compared to its price today at $980
I built this pc and am having trouble with my games running like garbadge. I'd like assistance on how to fix it.
Is your monitor plugged into your graphics card?
I was waiting for a h6 build
Wildlife you do an 800 usd build
Can i make this but with the 7 7800x3d? And the 7900xtx???
Sure
Can I build rx7900xt with 1500 dollar
10:20 push the what back and slide what in?🤨🤨
I made a build with the 7900 xt and 7700x and it was only $
1500
Bro forgot to plug the USB type C front IO port cable into the motherboard. 11:37
"Not necessarily expensive" You said, hmm..... interesting
He actually said, "Not unnecessarily expensive", mentioning it was definitely not cheap just before that
@@gohono3023 it's just, there are other parts that are not necessarily expensive but still not cheap. It's not my pc so this is just an opinion. He could've done better at picking some of these parts.
I hear you, I wasn't defending his parts selection as I would likely go in a different direction as well, just stating what was actually said@@siabee421
Ru sure this is 2k?
Its nott even 2K before taxes 😂
nzxt needs a cease and desist from sum 1 omg 😂😂😂😂
Can I get another video card
The m.2 is fairly unnecessary
don't know why but MSI always disappoint me with the amount of USB port :(
I’m getting a 4070 instead
This more 2000$
This build was 2400 with real prices
Prices fluctuate all the time so maby he got them cheaper or on a deal🤷🏽♂️
Even if you use the prices he used they would still be 2200-2300
So uh what happened to $2000 this is more a $2350
Cool build but you can't complain about not researching the case your gonna build in and then be disappointed when the 120's dont fit in the bottom lol also very misleading performance graph at the start. the 4090 beats the 7900xtx in almost every game, nevermind the 7900xt so i would consider not misleading the audience!
The idea of these videos is to show my learnings, misfortunes and successes. I couldn't research the case beforehand, as it wasn't out yet.
@@GeekaWhat if it wasn’t out yet then how’d you get it? If it was given to you before release then the specs would have definitely been given, to me it seems poor planning. I’m more concerned about the inaccurate performance graph that you displayed. Very misleading and unethical to put it there
@@owenoxley8725 with all pre-release products, you get a basic product overview, but you don't always get absolute, detailed specs. Plus, I've never seen a case before where a 140mm fan is supported, but a 120mm is not - it's incredibly uncommon to see a smaller set of rails not be present here for the sake of 10mm on each side. With regards to the graph, they were shown to support the argument that in *some* cases the 7900 XTX is the best in raw performance. You can see a more through dive into 7900XTX graphs in our full review, here: geekawhat.com/amd-radeon-rx-7900-xtx-review/ I don't see how this is unethical, personally.
@@GeekaWhat i understand you may not get all the specs but why not check before doing the video? It again just seems lazy in my opinion to simply not realise during recording than making opinionated statements about the case after having a simple lookover. Also in your apex legends benchmark you didn’t have a 7900xt in it and certainly wouldn’t be the same as the xtx so again I’d say it’s unethical in a sense to release false information to a wide audience.
I love your videos but I feel it necessary to call some things out to help improve further videos! Much love and can’t wait for the next one
😂 you picked up kraken for $280 when you could go for deepcool lt720 priced at -140. Are you sponsored by nzxt or what? You also get an nzxt psu and a case
The lcd screen bruh
All sizes of AIOs have a range of prices. The ones with screens on are all at the high end of the range.
@ericmaldonado1337 you pay 140 extra cuz of that he chose 7700x. When the better option is to buy lt720 or other aio even with rgb and get yourself a 7800x3d or 14700k
completely agree with 7800x3d@@phantom0590
Liquid is 1000% unnecessary. $65 air cooler is more than enough.
What 2000$? The parts are 2339 even without fans wich is closer to 2500
Seriously. Lol. It's almost comical what these guys will spew out of their mouths.
I also put it on pc part picker and realized it wasnt 2000, quite disappointing because 2000 was my budget
