If you have a samsung smart tv (model CU8000) in 2024 like me, with just smart remote or have broke screen, this process works for me: 1. Turn on the TV. 2. Hold down the power button on the TV itself for 5 seconds. 3. Then immediately after, hold down the remote's power button for 5 seconds. 5. The TV will be off for about 30 seconds and then turn on. 6. The TV will enter installation mode. Now unplug the power cable from the TV for 30 seconds.
Well, my TV has a big problem, after i plug it back in, it starts up and works for about 10 seconds, then it all goes back to a black screen, and then it keeps resetting indefinetly until i unplug it. Not sure if its a virus or a factory issue. If you can help, please reply! (this happened about 2 weeks ago but then randomly started working just as usual, but since yesterday this started happening again.)

When it tells me to enter in my pon which i know its all 4 zeros. It doesnt give me an option to pick the zeros. How do i got about this?
