You can change your languagr by going to general > system manager and then you will see an option to switch your language. You didnt even need to reset your TV

I can go to settings but when i try to go down or up (using the arrows) i cant, but left and right its working. I tested the up and down arrows for changing programs and to browse the internet it work perfect. The only problem is when i go to settings i cant go up and down to sellect the setting i want to change. Any help?

My remote doesn't have numbers, it's their smart remote or whatever. It has no way to input the reset code! We have been having massive network issues (selecting network fails, doesn't even bring anything up to select from, just returns to wireless/wired menu) and just want to try this.
