- So here we go.
Face to face -- the Most Loving Person in the Universe, who gave more than any could imagine looked sadly into the eyes of a piece of His personal craftsmanship - some dirt, some water, some air.
Jesus had just supernaturally delivered a blind and mute man (in Matthew 12), and everyone was stunned at the unmistakable finger of God in their midst. And then Jesus uttered the ultimate curse.
Jesus said that day “You will never have forgiveness - if you die in your sins!”
Think of it, the Creator Himself, the One who scooped up the dirt and shaped it into a body, and then ignited that body with a soul, breathed in by the very breath of God!
That Infinite Being turned and looked at one of His creations.
Just think what He may have thought.
Just think of the inexpressible emotions Jesus must have felt. Looking at a piece of clay, only alive at His command, only existing at His will - and seeing a completely self-hardened and self-blinded soul that would die without any hope.
Exist without any recourse.
Suffer without any end.
Endure without any respite.
Scream without any response.
Burn without any end to the consuming.
No wonder that Jesus warned more of Hell than He spoke of Heaven.
In our portion of God's Word this morning --, Jesus spoke three words that are so solemn, so hopeless, so devastating that they are hard to even comprehend for us who know and love Him. Jesus said: never has forgiveness.
Every day the one truth I cling to is the gracious forgiveness of our loving Savior.
I know that however many times I fail - He forgives.
I know how every many times I fall - He restores me.
I know that however many times I sin - He cleanses, restores, and forgives.
That is so encouraging, so refreshing, so hope-filled. But Jesus said: never has forgiveness.
Those are the darkest words of all - the Endless Doom of a Soul.
Those three words have shaken many believers to the very core of their being. Those words have troubled many sincere Christians, dogging their steps all through life. Those words have become what we call today - the unpardonable sin. Jesus said: never has forgiveness. Those are the darkest words of all - the Endless Doom of a Soul.
• If you have ever heard of the unpardonable sin - you need to listen to Jesus speak this morning.
• If you have ever wondered if you have sinned a sin that Jesus may not ever forgive - you need to hear what He has to say this morning.
• If you have ever secretly feared that you may someday face Jesus and have to answer for your sins - and you fear Him turning you away - you need to let Him speak words of comfort and assurance to your heart from His Word today.
As we open to Mark 3.20-30 we come to the place where Jesus pronounced the greatest doom of all. In verse 29 Jesus said: never has forgiveness. Those are the darkest words of all - the Endless Doom of a Soul.
• Far worse than the end of the world - is the Doom of the Soul.
• Far worse than the death of a body - is the Doom of the Soul.
• Far worse than a pain-filled life of deprivation and hardship - is the Doom of the Soul.
But this morning, side by side with the most gloomy, hopeless verse in the Bible - is the most hope-filled, comforting verse in the Bible. Five words that should ring in your heart if you have ever feared the grave if you have ever feared the judgment if you ever fear not making it to Heaven. In verse 28 Jesus said: all sins will be forgiven. Those are the brightest words of the Bible --

When the late Christopher Hitchens said “great claims require great evidence” I thought to myself, open your eyes man, you are immersed in so much knowledge from the micro to the macro, that it should amaze and humble you. When I first got saved, Satan played games with me over the unpardonable sin. The Holy Spirit set me straight.
And what was that?
It is possible to lose your salvation, and it is possible to blaspheme the Holy Ghost, do you remember Simon the sorcerer and Ananias and Sapphira? Apostle Peter said IF he didn’t say you’ll be forgiven, “*IF* PERHAPS THE THOUGHT OF THINE HEART WILL BE FORGIVEN THEE.” Simon was a born again BELIEVER! It says so right there in Acts 8.
That is why Matthew 24:13 exists, Philippians 3:11-14 and Revelation 14:12. We have to obey, fight and endure until the end. There’s no such thing as eternal security! There is no such thing in the Bible, if anyone inspects the verses that seem to support OSAS carefully, they’d realise that they actually speak against it. 1 Peter 2:21 says we should follow the steps of our Lord Jesus Christ, that life of suffering, obedience and patient endurance that He lived is the same life that we should live. He said the servant is not greater than his master, how can Lord Jesus work so hard and go through so much and we don’t? The Bible says WORK OUT YOUR OWN SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING. Please do not be deceived please.

I suffered thinking I had committed the unpardonable sin. I talked with my pastor about it because it was such an awful way to live. My pastor said I didn't commit the sin because I was remorseful and seeking God. You built on this by showing me the scriptures. Thank you.
If you still get worried about sin you are far from the unpardonable sin. The unpardonable sin is when you heart is hardened and does not want to respond when the Holy Spirit tells you to repent.. and you no longer see sin as sin

@@jeffouellette9946 Not exactly. It is attributing the works of Jesus to Satan & was more attributed to the Pharisees who knowing & seeing Christ's miracles still refused to believe & attribute His works to the Holy Spirit, but instead to Beelzebub.
Speaking about creating a human body reminds me of when all of the unbeliving scienetist went to God and said we do't need you anymore because we believe we can make a living human person without you; God said ok you guys go ahead. The scientest said ok guys, lets go get some dirt; God said, hold up you guys, go get your own dirt.

I beat my self every day for my sins , not good enough for God I feel like he turned his back to me along time ago but I still want to believe that maybe he will forgive me I try to repent every day, that is why I feel he has left me alone

George Hemsworth I feel the same but still cling onto the faith every day that Jesus will not leave us behind and try to bring as many souls as he can to safety. Now I look back I can clearly see it was the Lord, Jesus Christ that got me through the lowest points I put myself and yet I keep making the same stupid sins, in the eyes of the lord I’m a fool.
AJ If you have asked Jesus to save you and you meant it from the heart, your sins were wiped free at that very moment. Your soul is as white as new white sheet and Jesus will never ever recall or remember your sins no matter how great they might have been. And you should not recall or dig them up no more either. Forget about them and know your never going to go to hell over any sin you committed before asking Jesus into your heart and life. Jesus' salvation is a free gift AJ and no matter what anyone tells you, Jesus never says, "You can have My free gift if you do this!". You don't need to do anything to receive Jesus' "GIFT" because it is just that,->A FREE GIFT FROM HIM THAT HE PROVIDED WITH HIS SHED BLOOD ON CALVARY! HE ASKS NOTHING FOR IT! It Cannot be taken back, cannot be taken from you nor can you lose it! Once you are saved you are forever saved and you cannot lose you Salvation no matter what! Now, I don't know why you keep recalling your past since but I can tell you this, its your mind doing it and not Jesus' or God reminding you! What I would suggest you do is you go to a Christian church and talk with a bible teaching Pastor! He will explain what your doing. Remember this my friend and do not just let it go. Find a born again Christian preacher and sit down with him and he'll help you with this guilt your experiencing. I suspect your not letting go of that past and are thinking you can do it. Do not try to do it, go to prayer in Jesus Name and ask God to deliver you from it.

I had thought at different times that just because an evil thought come into my mind that I had committed to unpardonable sin, however always rejected the evil thought that entered my mind in the first place and immediately. It used to torture my soul, but now I realize it was a lie from Satan himself to get me to doubt in my salvation. Thank you for your teaching on this subject. I am truly grateful.
Joseph Tabar The unpardonable sin is final unrepentance. Even if a damned soul was offered a place in Heaven it would refuse. A damned soul hates God utterly and all that God created. Blessings
Hi my brother!!! Your comment touched my heart deeply, as I myself have struggled with this my whole life until recently. And, much like yourself, the Holy Spirit taught me that the evil one can interject thoughts into our own internal dialog and verified it with passages from Scripture. Remember, we are told to capture every thought and make them conform to Christs, and in other places He asked "who told you this?" referring to what they were thinking at the moment....
With help, and the transforming of our minds, we are admonished to control our tongues....for it says life and death are in the power of our tongues as well as a man is able to be "perfect" if he can control the tongue. We, of course, strive to be able to do so to purify ourselves.

Any system that turn their back on the poor ,sick,old, suffering, and the weak is totally against Jesus, it’s simple as that.
Yes to an extent, problem is Everything is made by God, how it is used falls into the responsibility of man, they are not aware of the potential god has.

When the Bible speak of beast system is talking about the governments. It is set-up to enslave many and help very few.
Most 501c3 organization works with the government. They are allowed to get all this money tax free as long as they abid by their rules. If they start doing the right thing or tell the truth, they come for all their money and taxes back. The government also pay them. The devil people are everywhere that is why it is important to know your Bible which tell you that you would know them by their fruits/actions.

Many years ago, as a young man, I was concerned that I might somehow commit the unpardonable sin that I had heard about in a sermon. I consulted an old country preacher and he said, "The fact that you are worried about this possibility, says that you have nothing to worry about".
This makes it so clear. I've had a problem with lust and evil thoughts and I ask God for forgiveness and repent. I keep fighting back and try my hardest to resist the urges and I know those evil thoughts aren't mine. I have been worried about this unpardonable sin, I do not want to offend the holy spirit. God forgive me...

This finally makes sense to me. I'm constinately worrying about what I've done and what I sometimes still do, slipping and doing things I hate to do. Always regretting what I've done and asking God for forgiveness, but one thing I will never deny is Jesus Christ. It would be a great thing to die for Jesus Christ and my beliefes. This is one thing I will never deny, I always pray for strenght and wisdom when that time comes. Because I know when I'm asked to lay down my beautiful life that God has Blessed me with it will be harder than I think, that I will need all my strenght and faith to give it up. Not because I'm secound guessing anything but because I believe it is natural to not want to die. The ONLY sin that God will NOT forgive is when you sin against the Holy Spirit. This is the only unpardonable sin!
Jesus Christ called the Holy Spirit "Spirit of Truth" (John 14:17; 15:26; 16:13) and warned us, "All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men; but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven unto men" (Matthew 12:31)

The unpardonable sin in my studies was toward the Pharisees and Sadducees. They didn't believe in him that he was god. They never believed in who he was, but told him that he was blaspheming. That became the Unforgivable Sin. I guess that goes for anyone that doesn't believe in him for who he is. John 3:16 covers the forgiveness of our transgressions from past, present, and future. He gives us faith and hope for a future in everlasting life. GOD is LOVE!!!

I have been shaking like a leaf because I blasphemed someone as being the devil coming to take my soul to hell it turns out the person was Holy. I've been trembling like a leaf since February and crying everyday till my nose is stuffed up and I can't perform and kept crying I'm going to hell everyday. Your post just made me a little hopeful but I developed an anxiety disorder with fear and trembling being diagnosed bipolar and taking meds and herbs to ease fear pains in my stomach. I know Jesus didn't say with knowledge of but it's the best consolation since February. God bless you! Thank you very much.

Dear lord , forgive me for I have sin against thee , I just remarked & saw that I have been infecting your holy church , by attending church, and living in apostacy & not opening my eyes without realization , that I have sinned against thee & thy church and is , in great danger of not receiving your salvation , and being like these men of worship who are turning their backs on U .I think I am being influence by Satan & the evil world around us . I still pray to you , read and try to understand the holy scriptures & pray the rosary every day to repent my sins , but I fear that my understanding and faith in U is lacking and being brought on the path of un- righteousness . For a minute I had lost sight of the enormous activity of spiritual warfare that is happening all around us. Not noticing I was very exposed, I went to the city library yesterday. Because I was totally unprotected, I was spiritually attacked, and left the library in tears.
Whiile engaging in a short conversation with a homeless man that had approached me, I was attached again. I proceeded to cross an intersection and called a friend to pick me up. I stood outside of a near by convenient store and waited for my ride. I noticed that traffic was very busy, and that I was angry and aggitated. I started to get impatient and my feelings intensified. Then suddenly these wicked demons attacked me repeatedly, invading thoughts, playing hurtful traumatic sciences of my past. I became so emotional I began crying and could not stop until I was safe at home.
The next day the Holy Spirit lead me to this site. Glory be to God for this enlightenment. And to all that posted comments here. You have reminded me how I must protect myself at all times. In the morning when I awake I am offered a new and exciting day of life. Before starting my day I will remind myself and say out loud "Everything is possible through Jesus Christ who strengthens me. I am filled with gratitude.

The biggest sin is to tell people that the next world is more important than this world while you have to face the reality of the existing world that you are living.
Sin is sin. Choosing your way over God's way. While we should be making our way as best we can in this world, this world is ony temporary. We are here to decide where we will spend eternity. Once we die We have no more chances to decide. This world is far from perfect, we can only try to make life here better for everyone we meet. But the important thing is to help others find their way to eternity with God.

At this very time I am going thru division of my family. I have a SON who is causing this division.... in my home, in my family and in my marriage. I've been so torn as to whether I continue to protect him from others who are against him or to let him GO. My heart is heavy and broken from the turmoil. To protect him, I feel as though I'm rejecting GOD to keep him safe in THIS world. But forgetting that we need protection from committing the unpardonable sin. As a mother I feel it's my duty to protect but as a woman that knows I NEED GOD'S protection in order to get to the next world, I feel I need to let him go. I sat down and found your message on You Tube, and played it over 2 times in order to hear all you said. It has brought me peace. I can only PRAY that I make the right decision. At times in our lives we have to cut the hardest things out of our lives in different ways. My suggestion,when it comes to your son is.............. Explain to him what you need to do and advise him you are doing it. Let him know you love him but not at the COST of losing your own way. Its a VERY hard step to take but it needs to be done to possibly open his eyes and allow him to see things clearly on his own once he is removed from the situation at that moment. Tough love is another word for it.. it hurts YES.. i cried for a long while letting my son go but we live thru it.....it was the best thing i did for my son because THEN he finally opened his eyes and corrected things within his life because momma wasnt doing it all for him anymore............ Start by talking to GOD,ask him to be with you.. He WILL understand and JESUS will HELP YOU do it.
