It would be awesome if you could do one of these videos with only 3-5 products. I get that its a drugstore tutorial, but despite all the products being cheaper I can't afford to use 20 products of makeup but would love a finished look as well! I don't have a million brushes/products but I love your look xo
+Sarah Maslen I know another beauty blogger did something similar, I think it was like Michelle Phan? But it was her $20 drugstore challenge and she pretty much had foundation, pencil liner, concealer and a blush quad. However, I do recommend looking at E.L.F products-- They are pretty darn nice for the price.
All the people complaining about the shade of her foundation..... You can wear a slightly off foundation shade and pull it off. Plus, she addressed it in the video. It's not her fault she couldn't find an EXACT match at the drugstore. Plus, camera lighting and shadows can make the difference/oxidation look even more exaggerated. Just enjoy the great video and be grateful that Tati uploaded today!! Don't complain too much when she's doing this for you anyway.

So glad to see that I'm not the only one who uses Monistat chafing gel as a primer! My sisters taught me this trick as a more cost effective alternative.

No it doesn't break me out. That's actually why I started using it. I used to use a primer from Wet n Wild and it started drying my face out and caused me to break out. My sisters told me to try the chafing gel and I've been using it ever since.
This is such a pretty everyday look. I love looks like that because I don't like to look too dramatic during the day. Also really appreciate the affordable options.
My brows are just starting to grow back after chemo, so they are splotchy as hell, heh. I tried the Loreal Brow Stylist Definer at your suggestion and it...is...amazing. Thanks SO much for the suggestion. It looks like I actually have brows now 😊

Thank you that was very helpful and awesome! Most tutorials show Mac or Urban Decay etc & many of just can't afford them (...me)! Most of my makeup is from Walmart, Target etc like Elf, NYX, & dupes. I love that you show us techniques the people who use those over-priced products use but with products we can afford (over time). You look amazing, very professional-looking makeup & so pretty! :) ♡

Tati, have you ever tried baby powder for baking the under eyes? I seen many videos about it and I finally tried it today...and I absolutely love how flawless and smooth it made my face. You should do a video on you trying it for the first time!! ❤

I seriously love your channel. I'm not even that into youtube, and it's become a routine for me to come home from work, get a beer, and I look forward to a new video from you. It's amazing what you do, and I always appreciate your enthusiasm. You have made makeup a fun new hobby for me. I'm not crazy about the Fit Me matte foundation. I was using their stick foundation for awhile when my skin was more oily but I can also relate to the weird skin behavior you've been experiencing. I'm in my 30s and all of a sudden my acne-prone oily skin is dry and I have no clue what's going on. Keep on keeping on Tati.

I love that when you use concealer to highlight and then bake you don't come out with part of your face almost white. your technique is excellent. it's so pretty and subtle. I always enjoy your videos. :)
I bought and love the L'Oreal eyebrow pencil because of you!! The recommendation came just in time, as my Anastasia Brow Wiz was all used up ;)
I just find that it fades a little more quickly than the Brow Wiz-- anyone else have that issue?
I did I found that applying a translucent power kept it a little longer
I love that pencil. Mine doesn't fade...
I use the l'oreal brow stylist mascara and find that helps keeping it in place and brows in place.
mine fades by the end of the day, maybe because of it getting warmer in LA

I find that I get the fullest coverage out of the Fit Me Matte and Poreless by applying a layer with a brush and then blending it out with a sponge in my case the real techniques sponge. This literally makes the foundation melt into my face and look like skin but flawless!! I love this video and you Tati!!! Great Video💞💞💞
I don't understand how everyone on youtue looks so flawless, whereas when I try to do something like this, my face looks SO cakey, even when I use the same exact products :(
+Tawni Jules its all about skincare, girl. as long as you exfoliate and moisturize your face before you apply your face makeup youll be good
+Danielle Armstrong exfoliate every day? That would be too harsh for my skin I think. I exfoliate 2-4 times a week. And I'll do some type of mask about once a week. I definitely moisturize every day though
well I don't mean use a harsh exfoliatent just use some sugar. wet your face and rub the sugar onto your face gentily
+Tawni Jules get facials done once in a while and you will see the difference. Sadly but true, it does make a difference.
Everyone's skin is different. Something I tried to decrease the cake on my face is I will apply foundation and concealer and I will only set my concealer right away and I will do my eyes which we all know may take awhile just to make sure my foundation fully sets. Then I apply powder. If you still feel you look cakey, don't worry the powder will melt into your skin. I wouldn't use sugar on your face at all it's too harsh. But I do agree with the others, facials will help but I am a part of a spa program and I get microdermabrasions once a month and you will not believe the difference in my skin. My last suggestion is, try changing your moisturizer. My skin is finicky about moisturizer and this is the only one that doesn't break me out. It's aloe based and all natural and you immediately feel it's smoothing effects. It's Promise Organics Coconut Water Facial lotion (get the cream if you're more dry) you can find it at cvs or order it off Cvs's website. Hope this helps!

I feel like the foundation was a little 2 dark, and it oxidizes so it's prob gonna be darker later 2..... Just saying

TATI! I bought the LO'real brow stylist pencil and I'm IN LOVE. I'm so glad I didn't splurge on the brow wiz. I got two of them for the price of one brow wiz at cvs with their coupons :)
I have both... I love my Brow Wiz and had that first but thought I'd check out the Loreal dupe when it came out. I think I like the brow wiz a tiny bit more. But not enough to spend more than twice the price. Gonna stick with the Loreal once both are gone for sure!!
I just think it's perfect for me because I'm just starting to use brow pencils and I've always used powder. I found a perfect shade and it works well, so until I'm ahead of my college debt I will be using this haha

Maybe it is a shade that is usually used with a fake tan. I'm not sure why some people are making a big deal about it.

Give it a rest, everyone, with the criticism of her saying "dab!" She does a fantastic job, she's generous with her time in making so many quality videos. I value her work - and it would take that and a lot of commitment - and would not want her to be discouraged from making more videos in the future. Could you review the new Juicy Shakers from Lancôme as you attended the Lancôme event in Paris? They look really similar formula-wise to the volupté tint-in-oil from YSL! Love your videos!
For my base makeup I use only foundation (or concealer), some powder on my T-zone & blush- since I've got rid of my acne I'm all for "less is more". ;) It's SOOO GOOD to let my skin breathe after years of wearing full-coverage foundation!

You helped me discover some of my favorite drugstore finds! The Physician's Formula mascara in the green tube and Coty Airspun powder are things I now use every day!! On days when I wouldn't have bothered with makeup I now put the powder on over my SPF moisturizer. Gives better coverage than a lot of my BB creams/tinted moisturizers and controls oil!

Hi! I'm not trying to scare you or anyone else that lives in Southern California with this message, instead I just want to inform. I was informed by a peer of mine who has their masters in environmental studies that there is a chance Southern California will have a massive earthquake within the next few days due to the immense amount of CO found in the air. (This has been known to be a major component right before major earthquakes happen.) I live in California as well and I'm just trying to warn as many people as I can IF this is to actually happen.
Side note: Yes, I'm fully aware that earthquakes have never been successfully predicted but with the amount of CO we can still say that there is a high possibility. God bless guys 💖
