I have my dad's old unit that I loved when I was a kid, great sounding with good power to it. It's been sitting for years in a box as it has the same problem of the relay engaging moments after warm up. This gives me a direction to troubleshoot it as well as being able to finally finding schematics for it and service manual. Thanks..

You are very welcome. I would replace all of the electrolytic caps as they tend to reduce over the years... if you have the time ; )

Hello friend. Do you know how much voltage is on the secondary of the transformer? on both exits.... on orange and purple? I have an amplifier that I'm not sure the transformer is in good condition. The device turns on, but the relay that releases the sound outputs does not turn on. Could you help me? The device is mine and it has been in my family for many years, so I want to try to get it back. big hug from Brazil. congratulations on the job.

Greetings and lots of love from South Dakota Brother! I hope that i can help. My schematics show that you should measure 29Vac from purple to gray and 33Vac from orange to white. The purple half supplies voltage for the final push pull transistors. The orange half supplies the input Amp stages into the final amps. Do you have schematics? I could send it you think it would help. Enjoy the moon.

For a resistor to burn, you likely have a short somewhere in that circuit. I don't have schematics for the sansui, but that is where i would start looking.
