Hi Kerry, great video. With the roasted veg do you part boil the baby potatoes beforehand or just put in them in the baking dish with the other veg and cook. Xx
I just ooo everything in together.. as they go in for 45mins, its enough time to cook the potatoes through.. I do chop the potatoes up too.. so one baby potato gets cut into 4 or so pieces :) xxx

Kerry I love you food video's! We will definately be eating some of these meals this week. I make a quiche without pastry for a healthier version. The principal of the filling is the same except you mix in a pot of cottage cheese ( it doesn't taste like cottage cheese ) and pop in the oven. You can also put it into a muffin tin for lunches or snacks. x
Do the red lentils bake too along with the pastry? If so what do you do with them? Did you know you can buy cooking weights especially to do this? Try Lakeland x
Yes I really need to buy some of those.. u do use the red lentils after in a curry normally.. I cook the two together so there is no waste but I really do need to invest in some of those cooking weights too :) xxx
Oh no :( I have managed to get it in Tesco and Waitrose.. those are my two local shops so where I go.. are you looking in the Middle East isle? I think that’s where they keep it?! Xxx

Sorry me again 🤣 in the UK do you have air fryers? If so I think you would love them. I do all my roast veges in them. You can do any meat and they are so quick and easy. I use mine every day. Anyway wonderful meals I'm going to try them all!

Definitely going to try the Tom Yum soup- massive Thai fan and have an authentic sachet of paste at the back of the cupboard. I only have rice noodles though- do you think they might work?

Looks delicious! Would using lentils to blind bake spoil them so that you can't use them for another recipe? xx
Yes it does spoilt them a little unfortunately so I have now got some proper beans to blind bake with instead!!! xxx
