- FLY TO FLORIDA WITH US! Join me and Laura as we fly to Orlando Florida with Aer Lingus from Manchester Terminal 2 on flight EI35 on the Airbus A330-330 aircraft!
We show our full Journey, starting with Manchester Terminal 2, giving some tips and pointers and showing what food and restaurant options there are in Terminal 2. We then board our Aer Lingus Airbus A330-300 Aircraft, where we have extra legroom seats on the emergency exits. We were very impressed with the service and the food on board was fantastic! The entertainment and movies onboard were also brilliant with a very wide selection available!
After a pleasant flight we touch down at Orlando International Airport Terminal C, a new termimal that we have never been through before! After picking up our Alamo Rental Car, its straight to Universal Orlando Resort to experience Halloween Horror Nights for the first time this trip using our frequent fear passes!
After a few scares and fun in the fog it was time for bed as we checked into our Villa on Windsor Island Resort in Davenport, booked via Swanky Vacay Orlando. We have a wonderful vacation home with a pool!

What an amazing travel day! I've wanted to fly with Aer Lingus for a while to Florida and I think after watching your experience I've made up my mind! It looked great! Cannot wait for the next two week worth of vlogs!!

Our travel tradition is get to airport early, get through security then first thing is relax and big fancy breakfast. We love it - totally de-stresses us. You should try it next time. Loving your vlogs - we never miss them.
First time I went to Florida on my own about 8 years ago I did the same thing..took hand luggage did it on a budget and I loved it..I took just bits and bought all my stuff from the outlets..great way to travel..looking forward to your new vlogs..👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Well done Aer Lingus. We use them for all our sun holidays and trips to the States. Never disappoint. When visiting the States we have pre clearance in Dublin airport which is a huge advantage. Enjoy your holiday 👍👍

I have mobility issues and found the incline straight off the plane was a nightmare. Can't believe they built it with no lifts at air bridges up to CBP and baggage. Glad to see they re puting in moving walkways.

We loved flying with Travel City Direct to Florida in their premium cabin, so roomy and great price at the time. They used to use Excel Airways for their planes and we were in Orlando when they went bust!! Lucky to get a flight back on a Monarch plane with no food or drink and Mr Bean on repeat with no sound!!!!!! Give Celebration our love, sadly cant cope with flying anymore so dont think we will be back there anytime soon. Enjoy xx

Love your vlogs, been watching for a while now and I really love how excited you still get going to Florida.
With regards to the Starbucks v Costa argument, Starbucks all the way and we now go to Celebration on the first morning for Breakfast at the Diner followed by a Starbucks sitting by the lake.
Virgin all day long for me, although the Tui Dreamliner really surprised us and was a great plane. Felt like lots of room. Been lucky enough to go upper on Virgin and going Upper again in April 2024. If you can push your budget I would recommend it as it’s a game changer. 0% jet lag when you get there, like chilling in your living room. Eat when you want and drink when you want. A350-1000 this time around from Manchester and the only downside is it’s the later flight of 1.40pm. We noticed the earlier flight is normally the older A330. So wanted to try the newer Upper seats. Bagged 1A which is supposed to be the best seat on the plane. 😬 dropped on with decent prices. Have a great one guys, will be watching as we normally do.👍👍

Great vlog, love to see how excited you too get, not our thing at all don't do theme parks ,rides etc., and having to stand in queues for ages , definitely not,but love seeing all these places you visit, and you both deserve to have these times to enjoy yourselves. My fave Airlines, British Midland International from Manchester direct to Las Vegas, 15 yrs ago and Virgin Jumbos upstairs....couldn't do 22 hours in a day, would wreck me for the rest of the holiday, these days take our time and still enjoy it....thanks for the heads up with the liquids bag at Manchester.❤

Getting to the hotel/villa.
Unpack and organise ourselves.
Out to Walmart or Walgreens for room supplies.
Out for some drinks on I-Drive and start relaxing.🧘

We flew Aer Lingus business class this summer from Boston to Edinburgh and it was great.
Favourite airline is SAS when I used to fly for work , to and from Scandinavia every month 👍🏻 but flying first class on Virgin across the pond is always nice 👌

Favourite airline was Laker Airways, friendly cabin crew and fun captains. Freddie Laker the doyen of low cost travel.
