Would the screw come out if a drill was used to tighten it instead of the Allen key?

Great question. It will still come out but it will be much harder to come oitnif it was over tightened with a drill. I would suggest using the allen key but maybe get an adjustable wrench and attach it to the end of the allen key to give more leverage when loosening it. Remember lefty loosey righty tighty.
