Just acquired a quigley 4x4 van to use as a parts van for my 7.3. Do you have an recommendations or order of operations for taking on this swap, thanks!
Also some sound deadiner on the doghouse, floors and inside the doors will help with quietness. I've had good luck with kilmat on all my vehicles. Maybe even some of the foam insulation for under the carpet to help with heat, I'd imagine it gets warm in there under the California sun!
@@legodude19999 I found just lodging a big wad of furniture plastic in the passenger footwell does wonders for muffling interior noise, and it was free. I was driving my E350 on the highway several hundred miles per week for a while, so it paid off. If you don’t need the footwell for a passenger. Foam or something like that would work just as well I’m sure.
Where did you find the 4x4 kit? I have a 02 e350 7.3 with 300k miles and I’m looking to swap super duty axles just for the brakes but I would like to source a whole 4x4 kit used.
Driving Line very nice. I’m keeping my eye out for a wrecked one but I’ll probably just swap in some super duty axles and leave it 2wd drive for now. I’m also installing my 4in exhaust van right now just came here to take a break from the Texas heat.
I have a 2006 ford e350 powerstroke I just ordered the 4in kit I don’t know if it gonna for bc it says it’s for F series how did you find the exhaust for the van on there
Quick question! Looking for a 5" for same van but extended. Seems they dont make 5 inch for the van. Will the f350 exhaust still work considering the frame is the same just different body..?
@@thomasbarlow4223 idk lol. Maybe. I ordered a 7.3 truck exhaust. Which isnt actually to far off from the van exhaust besides the downpipe.. for the comment above you. Just ordered 4 inch downpipe and 5 inch f350 truck exhaust. Shows up next week. Could let you know either way
I ended up doing 4" all the way through from the f350. Fit perfect. But did do the e350 downpipe. Fit up great. All though did have to make my own hangers off the exhaust. Just cut the ones off that it came with and rewelded
99 e350 7.3 extended cargo with pro flow 4”in exhaust works great , four years 👍
Can you list the part number you ordered, the Diamond Eye website isn't the best. Thanks!
Sounds Nice, cool van

Mint man
Bigger tires will be a huge help to get that pumpkin off the ground

Any issues with smog for CA? I’m looking at bringing one over from AL.

Great videos! Did you put any aftermarket intake in the van? Tryin to come up with something for my 03 e350 7.3.
Do you know how many hp you gain just with the new exhaust

More van videos
would this kit work on a 07 6.0 E350?
This model stock does not have catalityc ?
Would You possibly know if this would fit the 94-97 7.3 e series as well ?
It should fit all 7.3’s vans with some light modification
Can f450 or 550 front axles be used ?
Anyone know the kit he bought?
Sounds like rod knock lol when it was modified

Unfortunately, this kit is THE ONLY one out there for the van chassis. The frame is very different on the F-series trucks.
5" seems a little excessive eh?

According to Díamond Eye, the 4” is good to 700 hp. A 5” would just be overkill
