So so beautiful 💕absolutely magical 🎉would really appreciate it, if I could please use bits of the waterfall stream and Haddon hall footage in one of my upcoming dances 🙏it will showcase the beauty of GB beautiful landscape and heritage which needs to be appreciated and protected. 👏👌🌷
Hi there, thanks again for watching and for your lovely comments!! Yes I’d love it if you used bits of it for one of your dances!! Best wishes and have a lovely day!
So beautiful, thank you! I think Arne Maynard helped with some redesign of the gardens - I have the book about him, the Hall is in there. I love the views of the old stone bridge, and meadows beyond. I've just seen that the UK may have some heavy rain and storms over Sunday-Monday, so take care and I hope you are not affected. Thanks again ♥
Hi Barbara, thanks again for watching, I’m glad you enjoyed it. I didn’t know about the Arne Maynard connection, my brother stayed at his house in Monmouthshire last year (bed and breakfast), the garden there is stunning so it’s not surprising to hear that he had a hand in the Haddon garden. Yep had rain and thunder from about 3 pm yesterday, on and off right through the night but can’t see any damage done here in our bit of Cheshire. I was trying to film the lightning as it was going dark last night, it was all horizontal, didn’t see a single strike to earth, managed to capture a couple 😃 Have a great day and thanks again.
@@SleepBeneathTheBoughs How wonderful that your brother stayed at Arne Maynard's b&b! ... Allt-y-bela is the name of the homestead. It means 'wolf on the hill' ... I guess it dates from the time when there were wolves in Wales. It is also in the book, and I've seen it other UK garden mags too. The house looks almost Mediterranean-style in photos, quite unique. 🙂
