The house itself is lovely but I really don’t like the right of way over the back garden and the state of that outside wall to bedroom 3 is cause for concern. Does the little parking area to the front go with the property?
It's a nicely updated period property with a quirky garden setup. Although there appears to be space enough to park a small car next to the path, there is no kerb cut, and parking on that narrow street would be a concern. I also wonder if the neighbor's right of way includes the grassy "secret garden".
It never ceases to amaze me the huge difference in price for similar style and size properties between London and Norfolk. This house would easily be 4 times that price here.

Very cosy home, garden layout interesting I would probably nicely fence some areas for privacy.

Cute on the inside, i wouldn't want to come anywhere close to the outside both front and back. Needs major work
