Wow, that's crazy. I got really lucky, first time buying concert ticket from ticketmaster, I was like 700 in line and was able to snag 2 tickets for $200 each for the NJ show, looks to be a decent seatingl

There’s only two performers in the world that my heart aches to hear live… IU and Solji. It’s just so incredible that out of all the artists in the world, my absolute favorites are both Korean… and I don’t speak Korean 🤣

Congrats!!! I also got the chance to snag a ticket to go by myself to Atlanta! Never thought that I would ever get to see IU outside of a screen lol. It will also be my first K-pop concert and probably last with how expensive this was 😂. It’s IU, so it’s worth it!!

Yoooo let's goooooo!! Congratulations! Also, just wanna share my experience getting mine here in Seoul. I actually didn't got tickets until the week leading to her concert.. Did not lose hope like I was checking everyday since the ticket selling started which was like a good month and a half ago.. It was just a normal evening dinner for me, booted up my laptop after eating dinner and checked melon tickets again and to my surprise, there's a seat!!! I booked it and watched her live in KSPO.. All my efforts of checking tickets everyday was worth it!
The experience of trying to get a ticket for IU was brutal. I was STRESSED out of my mind. Had several friends help join the queue. Luckily I got 3866 in the queue. Saw huge swathes of seats disappear as I tried 5 or 6 times to get several seats. Panicked and ended up just getting 1 seat for myself

Oh my goooood I had the exact same ticket buying process and thought process as you... I had 5 friends that wanted to spend around $450 for their ticket but all of them except one dropped out when they saw the ticket prices. Even though they are crazy expensive I'm still so happy I got tickets to the LA concert, it has been on my life bucket list too!

I am going to be so stressed on 15 March for Singapore IU concert ticket sale. I immediately applied for leave when I knew it's on that day, I can't concentrate at work if I am going to be buying tickets at 10am on Friday anyway.

OMG. This was me on the same day! I had 18457 people in front of me. And getting to snag those blue popping circles on ticketmaster was like trying to catch hopping blue frogs. Most stressful day of my life to date. But I too got tickets! We did well fellow Uena. This was a bucket list event for me too. Hope we all have the best night at the concert ever! 😊💕

I almost gave up at the end as well, my mom was helping me keep track of the blue dots coming up 😭 My budget was also $300 as well and there were times I almost went for the $600 tickets for the ATL show but was able to get one slightly under my budget 😭

me too! i'm going alone because a friend backout and doesn't have a budget. But IU is IU.... took a chance and got my tix here in London. I can't wait for her this June 21! Hopefully we can survive the commute because she has the same concert date with Taylor Swift on the other side of the Arena. 😂

Congratulations! LA was a bloodbath, so I wasn't successful getting any tickets there, but I got one in New Jersey. Not the most ideal since I'd have to fly, but better than nothing!

I'm going solo also to NJ concert. I was 7000 in line and couldn't get a ticket. I just bought one off seatgeak as resell prices on ticketmaster are pretty crazy.

congrats. i loathe going to concerts, and the only way i'd consider going to see IU would be if it was a show in Korea. however, for amusement purposes, i wanted to see if i could get tickets for the Forum show. when i logged in, i was 62K in the queue. saw that, and logged out.
oh no... that is so sad >_< there are some resale tickets i think u could still snag?!?!
@@kristinshim yeah, and the ones that are just ok start at $700. best seats way up in front were about $4K. even if i was a multi billionaire, i draw the line at overpriced tickets because the bulk of that amount goes to the cringy scalpers, and not the artist.
I got 680, with fee 780 (floor). My sis tho, she got the same price with you. But now we have too many and trying to resell them at face value, I think people thought we increase the price cus of how expensive it is, but we really arent even a cent…
