Purple Walskurco And Julien ends up with... the bear. Who I swear was more of an excuse for Sacha Baron Cohen to be Sacha Baron Cohen rather than Julien as a character. Kind of want Crimson to be in the movies, but that's also the result of all the Dreamworks' series, like Rebecca and Dagur in "HTTYD: Race to the Edge" or Lerk from "Dawn of the Croods". At least "The Adventures of Puss in Boots" seems to be a sequel, in regards to the ending.
Yeah, I didn't like that bear stuff either. Although by this point almost everything movie Julien does seems wrong since I'm so used to the show. There was so much good character development in All Hail King Julien that doesn't fit with the movies anymore. If someone watched the whole show first then watched Madagascar, everyone would seem very out of character, (especially Mort, don't get me started on that). I would have preferred if they handled it the way they did Penguins of Madagascar and just treat the whole show as separate from canon, an alternate dimension or something. I, mean, those are even canon in the show. That could have worked! They could have still ended with the Alex the lion cameo but by i don't know, looking into another reality with that portal or something.
Yk they still have a chance 2 be together. If they make a new season of AHKJ the will show the lemurs going back 2 madagascar from Europe and their journey there and then Clover will come back from the mountain lemur kingdom because maybe she and Sage are divorced because they got into a fight also because Clover missed the kingdom. The next few episodes will show how all the characters are settling in or if they meet someone special and then in the last episode KJ and Clo-Clo will confess and be together
