  • Hello guys and girls.
    Although common knowledge, I have seen many cars with the sil damaged.
    A scratched or bent sil can lead to rust and in time will require extensive repairs.
    In the video you will find the tools that I use.

    Why you show where to lift then you lift with hydraulic jack in wrong place and didn't lift under the car at a chassis point so you can use stand? too late damage done it would seem. The rest of the video was good.

      @@jonnscott4858 you have a point here, but the car stayed on the jack stands for several weeks. I work on it when I have time in the evening. I preferred to raise it for a couple of seconds like that and leave it in the right position for the rest of the time. hope it make sense. the sill was not damaged.
